Oceanview Townhouse w/ Pool - Newly Renovated

Welcome to the Surfing Turtle! Located in Surf City on Topsail Island this townhouse has everything you could want for the perfect vacation. Not only is our place recently renovated but the location is fantastic. We have private beach access across the street, a private pool, and the most beautiful dock out into the sound for guaranteed spectacular sunsets. It's also less than 1 mile away from the pier and some great restaurants and shops.

We have 2 bedrooms with fulls baths attached. We also have a pullout couch that offers an additional sleeping option.

This is an end unit townhouse. You will have the entire unit, both upstairs and downstairs. We also have a shed below with beach/pool items for our guests to use. You can park 2 cars under the home.

More About the Townhouse

A quiet end unit with plenty of natural light, ocean views from both the top and bottom decks, and private beach access just across the street! Inside on the first floor, you'll find a bright open concept living space with luxury plank flooring and new appliances. The upstairs is divided evenly into 2 spacious bedrooms with private full baths in each room.

More About the Property

The Turtle Cove Community has a private pool and private beach access that can only be accessed via the key fob. No need to worry about overcrowded beaches and parking issues, simply park in your covered parking area under the townhouse and walk to almost everything.

Out the backside of the community is a small park and a long dock into the sound. Take a stroll out there to watch the boats or watch the sun go down.

Topsail Island has everything you need for for the best vacation. You can look for shells and sharks' teeth with each low tide at the beach. Or you may want to consider a sunset cruise or try fishing off the Pier. You could rent bikes or golf carts to cruise the island. Whatever your vacation style may be, Topsail will not disappoint.

There are also plenty of local restaurants and shops as well that cater to all beachgoers just a mile down the road from our townhouse.

Note: A $250 refundable damage deposit will be taken on the day of checkout and will be returned to you within 5 days.

We loved the fresh feel of the space with just the right furniture and attractive wall decor. The beds were very comfortable and bath towels were nice. New appliances were a plus!Well stocked kitchen for cooking and dining in.Our stay was relaxing with nice views of the ocean, pool use and walks to the intercostal waterway. Very clean!Highly recommend!

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with private access to the beach right across the street. Would consider staying here again if we are ever back in this area.

Absolutely perfect!

This townhouse is absolutely beautiful! It was immaculate. When we arrived there was a lovely gift waiting for us. The owner reached out to make sure we were happy. The kitchen is well stocked. The linens and towels are very nice. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is quiet and the beach access is right across the street. I highly recommend!

First Surf City visit was memorable!

The Surfing Turtle was an amazing property and satisfied our every need. The unit was beautifully decorated and the amenities were out of this world. This made our packing so much easier as so many things were supplied by the owner. Andrea was a fantastic host and responded promptly to every question. The unitā€™s location was only steps away from the beach access, and that made it so convenient since we had a one year old with us. We will definitely consider staying here again if we return!

Weekend Getaway

The townhouse was perfect for my family of four for our long weekend in Surf City. The home was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Having two beds in the second bedroom was wonderful for our teens! The host was great at communication and very accommodating. Would definitely and will likely stay here again!

My family stayed at this townhome last week and had a fantastic time. We loved how clean and comfortable it was! Internet was great because we were working remotely while enjoying some beach breaks. We were able to stream our favorite shows at night and enjoyed the pool as well. The kitchen was fully stocked, and I specially appreciated having plastic plates for kids. Location is perfect! we were able to walk to restaurants and to the beach every day x2 a day. We will definitely be back!

Great beach getaway

Andrea was a great host; she was responsive before & during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. The home was well-equipped, clean, and convenient to the access pts for the beach & sound. It is located in a fairly quiet community with nice areas for walking, and central to shops/restaurants, & the pier. This is one that we hv put on our list for future Topsail vacations.

Great place to stay

We had an amazing 2 weeks staying at this house. It is beautifully decorated home, clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was everything we needed for our family for the 2 weeks. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend and would love to return.

We fell in love with Topsail after vacationing there. It quickly became our favorite spot. We have kids so our dream property had to be family-friendly. We absolutely love the proximity of the townhome to the beach and the pool. It is very easy for us to walk across the street (the road is never very busy) to the beach or across the parking lot to go to the pool. We tend to hop between the beach and the pool multiple times a day. Perhaps one of the most unique things about this property is the long dock into the sound that can be easily accessed towards the back of the community. This amazing feature offers the most beautiful sunsets and hours of boat or bird watching.
