Relax in this spacious and updated 3BR/2BA condo. The unit boasts views of both the ocean and the intracoastal waterway with two outdoor patios. An open floor plan allows guests to have space while still vacationing together. Stainless steel kitchen has plenty of countertop space and breakfast bar seating. Dining room boasts table with two chairs and a bench to seat eight. Large living room is comfortable and has views of the ocean. Two patios provide options to spread out and enjoy the views. Large, private community pool is available for fun. The gorgeous North Topsail beach is only steps away from the building. You'll love your experience here!

Jay & Jamie were very responsive, friendly, and helpful in setting up the stay and throughout our visit. Their condo is just as nice as the pics. *It is clean, comfortable and has been updated. *They use a linen service. *We had no trouble with the wifi. *The air conditioning was wonderful and the fans in each room were very helpful. *We ate in a couple times and the kitchen had all we needed to make it easy.We enjoyed our stay very much, will return, and highly recommend it.

We were in Topsail for a family vacation. Everyone had their own unit and I can say with confidence that this property is one of the best at the Dunes! The unit is so clean and well equipped. Jay and Jamie are great with communication and made check in a breeze. The views are amazing on both the front and back balconies. Do yourself a favor and book this one!

Sweet escape!

My boyfriend, myself and my two teenage daughters had such a relaxing 5 day escape in North Topsail. This property was exactly as pictured, very clean and wonderfully stocked. There was so much attention to detail and little things provided that I am used to packing (ziploc bags, pump soaps, cosmetic wash cloths just to name a few). Their outdoor storage was filled with beach gear of every kind (even charcoal for the community grills) we could have left our beach supplies at home. The ocean facing AND intercoastal waterway facing decks were incredible and the views were gorgeous. We ended up staying at the condo for dinner more than expected because it was so comfortable. Communication with the owners was consistent and everything was well explained. We had no need to reach out once we arrived.The only thing I would mention has nothing to do with the condo but the beach space isn't as deep as other beaches along the east coast. We learned the first day out to set up our spot as close to the dunes as possible if we didn't want our spot hit by high tide. This helped us maximize every bit of sun and vitamin sea we could during our stay. This was exactly the low key relaxing vacation we were seeking. Thank you for providing a wonderful place to be part of our family memories.

This was true to the pictures! Beautiful view to the beach off the back porch and beautiful view of the marshes from the front porch! Very clean and updated place. Everything that is within their control was top notch! As others have noted, the walk up to the third floor is not ideal but not a deal breaker. I wish the pool was open later than 8 pm but not a deal breaker. I do highly recommend this place as the owners were awesome, personable, and prompt with every response throughout the process!

The condo was very nice and spacious. The location was perfect for what we were there for. We were very impressed with how easy it was to get to the beach. We will definitely consider this property again when we come back. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Family VACA

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and lines were there when we got there! Nice view of ocean and intercostal! Well stocked with beach equipment! Would definitely rent here again!

This was one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of space for 6 adults. The ocean front balcony was perfect. The proximity to the beach was excellent. The beach chairs were a huge plus, and the pool was never busy. The host was quick to answer questions and very helpful. 10/10!

Making great memories on Memorial Day Weekend

We enjoyed staying over the holiday weekend in this clean , well equipped unit. We loved watching the sunset over the intercostal waterway from the screened porch as well as soaking in the ocean sounds and view all times of day from the ocean view porch. We were surprised by the aqua colored ocean water. The children loved both the ocean and the pool. Even though it was a holiday weekend we did not feel crowded in either location. The adults agreed that we could come back here. We found the owners to be responsive and very helpful to all of our inquiries.

Lovely

We really enjoyed our stay at this renovated condo. It does look like the pictures you see online and it is very easy to communicate with the hosts should the need arise. Basic supplies located in the kitchen came in handy for fixing our own meals too. The screened in porch was a great place to sit and relax while being able to see both the intercoastal waterway and ocean at the same time. The other porch was a good view of just the beach as well. This is a fabulous spot that didn’t feel overcrowded and had a short walk down to the beach or pool. It’s a good spot for families and everyone around seemed friendly. It was our first time in the area and we were grateful for picking such a good location.

Beautiful Condo

This is a fantastic spot! This was a long weekend trip for our family of 6. Even with all of us, we didn’t feel cramped. The layout of the condo is spacious and inviting. The large dining table definitely came in handy. The house was clean and very well equipped with what we needed. The beach chairs that are provided were a huge bonus! The pool was nice for the afternoons and wasn’t overcrowded. The views are beautiful from every room. The coffee that is provided was so delicious and I looked forward to it every morning. The beach is just a skip away and it is easy to access. The owner is friendly and was very responsive to our needs. Overall, we had a great trip and cannot recommend this place enough!

A breath of fresh beach air

It was an enjoyable relaxing week. Got some golf and fishing in and beach time. Anybody looking for shells, this is the beach to look for different type of shells. As for the condo it was in wonderful shape and very clean. You will get your steps in for the week.

Relaxation and beautiful views

We loved this place! Our 1st time to Topsail. Wonderful spacious unit. Welcoming coffee was awesome and appreciated. My oldest daughter and I spent almost all day on the beach swimming and reading. It was great having beach chairs and an umbrella included with the unit. Lots of beach toys too. My 15 year old went between ocean swimming, pool swimming and the tv. Condo has everything you need including comfort. We really loved the ease of beach access. The stairs were great exercise for the whole family!

Perfect Location

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Topsail Beach, and this condo was wonderful. Everything is even better in person than in the pictures. This is the cleanest place I have ever stayed, and that the owner makes sure that you have everything you need. The views are amazing from both porches, and the community is very quiet and friendly. My family makes fun of me for being so picky, but I have zero complaints about Jay or this condo. Jay is very detailed and clear in his communication. He answers questions promptly and thoroughly. He even provided a bag of fresh coffee grounds (big plus from my mom that stayed with us). If you're trying to decide if this is the place for you, just book it... you won't regret it!

Wonderful week away

Everything as it appears in photos. Beautifully decorated and clean. Host very responsive, even got us a blender delivered. Only negative was climbing 3 flights of stairs with luggage/supplies as we are almost 60 years old. Thankfully our adult son and his wife were there to help. The 3rd floor views are incredible and we watched 3 different fireworks shows from the back porch. Overall a wonderful place to stay.
