Discover this cozy 1-bedroom villa located at the beautiful Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. Nestled just a short walk down the boardwalk from the serene Folly Field Beach, you'll be able to stroll along the pristine, flat sands and splash in the gentle waves whenever you please.

This newly renovated second floor villa (A211) has all the comforts of home!! Full size appliances with all the essentials including pots, pans, dishes, glassware, eating and cooking utensils.
We include 2 beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels.
There is an elevator for easy access to the unit.

We are local to the area and we personally manage, maintain and clean our villa to ensure every visit is perfect for our guests!

There are 2 pools on site with one of them being the largest pool on the island, (located ocean side!!) Stay connected with complimentary high-speed WiFi and enjoy your favorite shows on the 2 smart TV’s. Dine together at the cozy dining table or step out onto the private balcony to savor your culinary creations. The resort also has two on-site restaurants with one being right at beachside/poolside.

Enjoy the miles and miles of bike trails on the island, along with beach riding. There are over 60 miles of public pathways and nature trails. Bike rentals are located on site for your convenience.

When it's time to wind down, retreat to the newly remodeled bathroom stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries. Throughout your stay, you'll enjoy the convenience of air conditioning, heating, and access to the on-site fitness room.
