This is a premium unit and one of the best at Phoenix West!!!

Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and each bedroom. With over 2,600 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished with 3 King Beds!!

The unit is professional decorated with full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, wet bar with ice maker, 46” flat screen HDTV in living room with flat panel TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms with King beds and the 4th BR has a Queen bed. There is also a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room should you need more space.

There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

Great view and clean.

4 couples stayed and played golf and ate great food. rooms was very clean with comfortable beds.

A great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 7 was comfortable. We loved being able to just ride the elevator down to the pool and beach. We rented umbrellas and chairs from Ike’s and it was a big help. The condo was pretty clean, and had the bare basics for our use. If guests want to cook or prepare food beyond opening a packet, they should either bring supplies or be ready to hit the nearby shops. All in all, it was a good week.

Great Stay

The condo is welcoming and very clean. Beds are comfortable and the area is quiet. Great view of the gulf and along the beach. Check-in a breeze and there is plenty of parking.You will need condiments for anything you cook, but that’s not so uncommon for a rental. If you don’t like one-ply toilet paper, you will need to bring something thicker.We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this condo.

The condo was excellent but they have a big issue with the lack of elevators. You’ll see a lot of unhappy customers waiting for elevators. 4 elevators for 26 floors are not enough. They also have an issue with entering and exiting the parking garage. Not enough room to turn in or out and they direct all the traffic to the one side which created the problem.

The view at Phoenix 1801 ⭐️☀️⛱️

There was plenty of room for our group to relax and hang out. The kitchen in this unit was outstanding. A real plus was that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We enjoyed the lazy river and saunas. Great trip! Would definitely stay at this location again!

Great Property!!

The property was amazing! The condo was nicely furnished and comfortable. There was easy beach access and the pool/lazy river area was great. The only odd thing was there were no hangers in the unit at all, I would have expected a four bedroom luxury unit to have hangers for guests to use. I would definitely recommend and will stay here in the future.

Reviewer Comments: we had an awesome stay great room with all the space you need closet wise kitchen and pantry which are 3 big things we look for all furniture was very nice and upscale you can tell owner put allot of time and money into this room !!! oh yea largest and most beautiful view off balcony ever !!!! we do plan to be back :)

Wonderful & Amazing! Happy we did not rent a house this year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family and extended family had a wonderful time staying at the Phoenix West 1801 in Orange Beach Alabama. The condo was VERY clean, spacious and the furniture arrangement was great! There was a lot of space for everyone to be doing different things and not feel crowded. While not at the beach, we had people coloring, making jewelery, watching tv, napping, cooking, hanging out on the best back deck ever!

Nice Condo, but needs some TLC

The Condo has plenty of room for a bigger group and it’s in a great location. Phoenix west is a great condo building with great amenities. Had no issues ever finding parking during spring break week and elevator wait times weren’t terrible. Overall it was a nice condo and would stay again but it is in need of some touch ups through out. One bedroom door is busted where the latch plate is, the dryer sounds like it’s on its last leg, the fridge doesn’t get things super cold, paint & trim could use touching up. Make sure you pay attention to your check in email, you need to buy everything you’ll need for the week like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, hand towels, coffee filters, etc. Great location to use Instacart for deliveries of groceries and lunch from Publix or wherever too which was super nice!

Family Vacation

The location of this property was perfect. Being on the 18th floor and the views were spectacular. Being right on the beach was also great. The close proximity of shopping, grocery stores and things to do was great. The pool area and lazy river were also very nice. That brings me to the unit itself. It was filthy. There was sticky stuff running down the fronts of some of the cabinets. There was actually peanut butter on the ceiling. The bathrooms we had to reclean. There was sand and hair in the showers. The lack of towels and kitchen towels made it a necessity to wash towels almost every other day. The balcony had food all over it and some of the furniture was broken. We tried to use the broom and dust pan but the broom handle was broken 3/4 of the handle was missing. Made it very difficult to use. The unit could use some better cleaning and linen availability. If this happens, it would be a great place. We had a great time and the location of the unit was great.

Not what I expected

We walked in on Sunday May 18th. The floors were FILTHY! Stained bedding. Blood spatter on one shower curtain. Missing towel rods: master bath had both the towel rod and tissue holder pulled out of sheetrock! Cooking pans dirty with Grease in cabinet! Lighters, sand and candy wrappers under beds and behind night stands. Stained wash cloths and towels. Candy on sheets on bed. Stained mattresses. The floors were so dirty our feet were black within an hour. No mop. The handle for the broom was 2 feet long! Cookware was mostly beyond scratched or had to have handles tightened to use! This place appeared to have been trashed! It could be a really nice space. Needs attention and better cleaning service! Pools were great and well maintained.

Beautiful Orange Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just returned from a great stay on Orange Beach! The location of the condo was great. It was on the more quiet end of town with a Wal-Mart market, a few restaurants, and a nice bike trail close by. The kids, age 14, had a great time on the water slide and the lazy river was quite nice for adults and kids alike. The condo has a beautiful view of the beach and sunsets! There were so many jellyfish in the water though, you couldn't swim in the ocean at all. That was a bummer. The only negative is that we were not 100% satisfied with the maintenance of the unit. The patio table was held together with a zip tie as was one of the chairs. The dishwasher did not drain properly. There were also not quite enough bath towels to go around. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied for each bathroom, no paper towels, no dish soap. With the cost of the unit, we all agreed all the small things should have been included. We tried to let the management company know at the beginning of our stay and no one replied to our email. Upon arriving at 11:00pm after a 12 hour drive to reach the condo, we noticed there was no blanket for the fold out couch. I attempted to ask the front desk for one. They asked who I rented from and when I told them, they said if I had rented through the other company, they would have been able to help me. That was truly disappointing customer service.

Great Place, Great Time, Great Friends

We spent lots of time at the beach but loved floating around the lazy river. We will definitely want to do this vacation again.
