Beautiful Home with Two King Beds and South-Facing Pool

Located in the West Valley area of Phoenix in the quiet community of Surprise. The pool has a large sunning shelf and two patios on each end. Pool heat is included in the rental rate.

The home is 1,822 sq.ft. consisting of a very large master bedroom, two regular bedrooms and a large den with a closet. The master bedroom has a king bed, with a second king and queen bed in the bedrooms and a full-size pull-out lazy-boy sofabed in the den. Our home features vaulted ceilings throughout, a very large kitchen, outdoor ceiling fan over the covered rear patio and ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms. The home has a split floor plan concept that features the master bedroom on one side of the house separated from the main bedrooms on the other side. This home has been beautifully decorated and comes complete with everything you will need for your stay. All utilities including TV, free North America phone service and high speed internet connection (just bring your laptop) are provided.

Note: We do not charge for pool heat as the pool is serviced by a energy-efficient electric heat pump which is less effective when the overnight low temperature falls below 52 degrees F. When the weather is this cool overnight, most guests don't wish to swim anyway.

This home is in beautiful condition and has been renovated during the summer of 2021. You will not be disappointed, we guarantee it!

Amazing place

We loved staying here. The house is so welcoming - beautifully decorated and warm. Everything about the house was comfortable. Probably my favorite place we have stayed in Arizona. Will look forward to booking this again the next time we come!

Nice home in a great neighborhood. Great communication with owner and very smooth checkin. Clean and comfortable. The landscaping needed Some cleanup but it is winter, even in AZ. Will stay there again.

Great stay

This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, with access to just about anything within a couple miles, and easy access to the highway. We didn’t use the beautiful pool as it was a “cold” week, but would definitely use if it was in the summer. I would definitely rent this house again……way better than staying in a motel.

Wonderful Experience

Very Nice Accommodations, felt like home! House was well stocked and very clean. It was a very friendly and quiet Neighborhood. The pool was a great way to relax after playing a round of golf. Brian was fantastic and responded to our inquiries immediately. We would come here again! Place was fantastic!

Nice in Surprise

House had everything we needed. Great location. Close to White Tank and Surprise pickleball complex. Pool is nice but didn’t stay warm enough for us to use at night. Great patio area for eating and relaxing!

House had a nice layout. Pool was the highlight, although initially too cool for comfort, eventually warmed up making for lots of fun in the sun. Quiet neighborhood. Left wishing we had booked more time.

Great Family Get-A-Way

Thanks Brian ... We had a great time staying at this property… in laws Luv the Heated pool… The three bedroom with a Den give us all plenty of space to unplug when needed. We really appreciated you replying to our minor issue within minutes. Book this Gem if you can 🤙🏽

Great!

We were there for a baseball tournament for our son. We were gone most of everyday but the house was just what we needed! The temps were over 100 everyday and the house stayed wonderfully cool. We enjoyed the pool at night to cool off before another day of baseball in the heat. Thanks!

Very nice place to stay in Surprise, AZ

Everything you need to have a great stay in surprise, Arizona. The house is as described by the owner in the VRBO listing. everything works. Everything is clean. The location was perfect for my visit. The backyard and swimming pool for an added bonus. We used it nearly every day. The neighborhood was quiet, which I like. Short drive to grocery stores, restaurants and golf courses.

Great house in Surprise AZ

We had a good stay here for our yearly vacation to AZ for NASCAR week. Nice place and had everything you need. We took the garbage can out when we checked out as it wasn’t empty when we arrived. Hope that was ok as it was full by the time we were checking out. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for letting us stay. Weather was awesome and the pool was fun! We did not talk to the property manager anytime during our stay so that is why the score is one star.

No suprises in Suprise

Very nice property ... good space and a sparkling pool ... very comfortable and private. Parking in the garage was a plus. A few lapses in cleaning and lighting, but not unexpected given Covid and post-Spring Training, but it didn't detract from our wonderful week. We'll be back.

Our first ever family Christmas get a way!!

It was a beautiful home! We had plenty of room to enjoy our Christmas vacation. We would have liked to have used the pool but understood perfectly why the owners did not wish to use the heat pump at this time of year but it did not dissuade us from enjoying the lovely patio on sunny afternoons. And the child lock onto the pool and patio was wonderfully designed to help us with the little ones getting out to the patio. Everything worked great and let us enjoy our family Christmas get a way wonderfully!!

Wonderful Well Equipped Rental

This home has a great floor-plan with the MBR separated from the other two Bedrooms. The house is well equipped throughout. The kitchen includes a large number of condiments, thus avoiding the necessity of having to shop for them. The back yard has a southern exposure thus has full sunlight all day long. The pool was great! The only minor inconvenience was that the pool schedule did not seem to be optimized for the marginal weather that we had for the week.

Very accomdating home

We were a family group of 7 adults. We just finished our stay of 6 weeks at the home of Brian and Kristi. Brian was a great owner to work with. We found everything in order on our arrival and the pictures provided were certainly what we expected. Any questions regarding the house were answered very quickly and to our satisfaction. We took in the Royals and Rangers spring training games. The house was only 15 minutes from the ball park. We also enjoyed being able to hike in the White Tank Mtns which were close by. We enjoyed being able to sit around the pool and relax. Even though the pool is not heated we were able to get in the last week of our visit. This house is very accomodating and we would certainly consider it again if our travels bring us back to AZ.

Very nice home

Three of us spent the month of Feb. in this home. We found the description of the house and its amenities to be very accurate. It has most everything you need (and more) to make your trip to Suprise enjoyable and comfortable. I thought the master suite was as nice as any hotel I have ever stayed at. Working with Brian was very easy. From prior to renting til the day we left, Brian answered each and every question we had in a very timely manner. Our deposit was returned to us within 10 days of our returning home. The only things that we didn't like about this house was the fact that there is no HD large screen tv's and it is a long drive to the attractions on the east side of the Phoenix metro area. If we should ever decide to stay in the Phoenix area again we would not hesitate on staying here.

Nice getaway in the sun!

We just returned home after 9 days in Surprise. We were happy to have Brian share his home with us. I wanted to leave a review to clarify the previous review left by a December renter. I had read it right before we left and was a little concerned. When we got to the home it was easy to find and to get into. The carpets had just been cleaned and we found the house to be clean and well maintained. It was well stocked and we felt at home. When we picked this home to rent we did so because the pictures and description fit our needs while the price point was right what we were looking for. We have rented a lot of VRBO homes and sometimes we look for for vacation homes that are professionally decorated with lots of frills. However, this time we wanted to to stay for a longer time and not break the bank. So we found Brian's home to be the perfect fit. It was well taken care of and Brian was very attentive checking to make sure we got in okay and found everything okay and nothing needed to be fixed. If your looking for something professionally decorated out of a HGTV show this is not the right home for you. However, If you are looking for a rental that is clean and well taken care of to enjoy the Surprise area this will be a good rental. In addition I wanted to explain the pool heater as we learned something new this time. A pool heat pump which is what this home has. Means that the heater pumps the heat out of the earth to heat the pool. It does this when the pool is being cleaned at night and the sun has had the time to heat the earth and the ground. This is why when it is cold during the day and night the pool does not heat. When we arrived we put on the solar blanket but the air temps were still cold. So the heat pump did not really work.. However, towards the end of the week the weather warmed up and the evenings were not as cold and the pool heated right up. So, if you are planning on swimming and the weather is cool you may be disappointed. In my opinion and experience on the days it was cool we had no interest in getting in a pool but walking around the neighborhood in the sunshine was sure pleasant. I thought I would add this in the review as I was confused with what a heat pump is. Thank you Brian for sharing your home.

Fabulous!

What a great rental! House was immaculate upon arrival and the owner was quick and easy to communicate with. Perfect mini vacation spot for families. Heated pool was simple to heat and we were able to enjoy it and the back patio! Loved the surround sound speakers. Definitely a hit for us having that inside and outside. Great location. Five stars!

Great home in Surprise

This was our first time renting a home and everything went as planned. Brian reached out to us after we arrived to see if we needed anything and also contacted us prior to checkout. The home was exactly as advertised and was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely rent it again when we return to visit family and friends in Arizona!
