Close to all MLB spring training ballparks in the west valley.
Gorgeous 5br/3 full bath 2500 square foot home with upscale furnishings in formal living room. Gourmet kitchen with high end appliances including. Beautiful granite counter tops. Nice keurig machine plus a regular coffee machine too. Family/TV room with dvr so you can record shows. There are 2 nice King sleigh beds, 2 Queen sleigh beds and 2 twin beds. Sleeps 10 comfortably! Formal dining room has remarkable Travertine table that seats 6 and maybe 8.

Large covered Patio, with nice chairs, gas barbeque, gas heater and gas patio fire pit. Nice Hot Tub.

3 miles to Westgate Shopping/nice restaurants, University of Phoenix Stadium, NHL Hockey Phoenix Coyotes, Cabelas and just 5 miles to LA Dodgers/Chicago White Sox Camelback Ranch Spring Training facility. Just 9 miles to Seattle Mariners/San Diego Padres spring training ball park. Top Golf just opened and is fun even for non golfers. Convenient access to 101 freeway and just a short hop to Peoria Sports Complex, Spring Training Baseball, Nascar and many fine restaurants. Sky Harbor 25 minutes. All quality linens, kitchen equipment and utensils provided as well as complete housekeeping and gardening staff to assure a pleasant stay.

Steve was a great host. House was perfect for our group of 5 in for the Fiesta Bowl. Highly recommend staying at this property if you are in for a game at the stadium or just need a house with plenty of beds for a larger group.

Very unique and fun house with lots of room and great pool area. Host was very flexible with our check in and checkout times due to flight changes. We had a great time especially since the Packers won!!!!!

Family vacation for daughter’s graduation from GCU

Excellent home. it was very clean, lots of room for our family including our parents. Steve was easy to be in contact with, great communication. Coming and leaving was a breeze. Outside area was set up nice with a lot of seating and pool area was wonderful. We were all very happy with everything.

Perfect family getaway

The pictures do not do justice to this house. It is more spacious that it appears. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet for a city with a larger population. We had a wide range of ages , my parents, my older daughter and her family and myself. The only shortcoming we found is that safty a bar should be installed in the downstairs bathroom, for people who need assistance getting in and out of the tub. There is plenty of room for spending time together or apart. The pool is just he right size for all ages. The hot tub was just icing on the cake for several family members. Checking in and out couldn't have been easier, and everything worked well, so that's the only contact I need to have with the host after arriving. He did respond promptly when I notified him of our departure. W all agreed that if we ever went back to the Phoenix area, we would stay here again.

So much fun!!

We loved this rental house!!! The pool and hot tub were a huge hit - perfectly heated, basketball hoops, lots of floaties and water toys. We spent most of our time outside in the water and playing cornhole. Tons of outdoor seating. Safety latch on back door to the pool added peace of mind with our younger kids. House is huge, plenty of space and beds for all of us. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of towels, etc. We loved the big bathtub upstairs. The vintage arcade game was a bonus - tons of fun playing Galaga, Ms. Pac Man, and more. Quick responses from owner, super nice guy. Everyone kept saying how much we liked it there and want to stay again. Thank you so much Steve, we had an awesome time!

The house was comfortable for 8 (7 adults/1child). Everything provided worked as it should. The hot tub and heated pool were fantastic.

A comfortable escape

The house was nice but needs some love put into it and needs to be decluttered. It’s missing a lot of basic essentials and could use some cleaning. All in all it fit our needs and we had a great time. Favorite part of the house was the gong!

Bears Weekend

My friends and I spent time in Glendale this weekend for the Bears Cardinals game. The property was close to the stadium and very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Me & my cousins stayed here, it was centrally located near everything, food, casino & West Valley event center, where we attended AZ Jazz Festival. The pool was clean, plenty of sitting area and property overall was great. Family ready to book again for next event.

Nice family hang-out

The home was very comfortable, not too big that everyone was spread out but quite adequate for family gatherings. Pool and spa were clean and the perfect temperature. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous stay! Everyone in our group loved this house and was sad to leave it to continue our trip in a different part of AZ. Everyone talked nonstop about how incredible this house was the rest of the trip! We made day trips to the Phoenix science center, Camelback Mtn and Lego discovery and Aquarium, which were all within reach. This place is now the high high bar my children have for vacation homes! The pool was heated and comfortable, which was by far everyone’s favorite part!!

A little Sad

The host was really good to work with, the pool, hot tub and towels on the residence were good however, the house inside and out needs cleaning, updating and just a whole over haul. There were many appliances and furniture indoor and outdoor that need to be DISCARDED and replaced. There was just too much unnecessary clutter in this home. There was not much attention to detail on this property, old food in the fridge and cupboards, no proper kitchen linen and the house was very dark with most lights needing new bulbs. This is very unfortunate as the house has very good potential to be a great rental.

Great house-needs a deep cleaning

The house was great! Very beautiful home. The up keep, tidiness, and cleanliness lacked. House was very dusty, toilets were dirty, kitchen was dirty, cabinets were filthy inside and out, bugs in cabinets and bowls. Oven was extremely dirty. Bella are you ready for me to do your hair anything else you need to get ready? I was like before we left my bracelets in my Bible bag you know them. I went to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean before I could cook anything. Lots of personal items still in home/cabinets.

What a fun place to stay!

We were a mixed group of friends and family on an extended stay around a gymnastics tournament for my granddaughter. The house was perfect to handle our large group. There were so many places to go with enough of everything needed: pool toys, pool lounges, chairs around fire pit, outside or inside eating, games galore, tv recliners (4!) + other seating for when the game was on! And the pool was a big hit and large and deep enough for everyone playing pool basketball. The hot tub was perfect as the night cooled. The cornhole game was a hit also. Part of the family had planned on leaving to go explore up to Sedona but was having so much fun they decided to stay and enjoy the house's many amenities. Lastly, there was just about every spice and condiment you could think of already there and a large kitchen made for group cooking. The only suggestion for users is the downstairs back bedroom can hear plumbing from bathroom so put someone in there who is deaf, like me, or sleeps deep or don't flush during the night. Altogether great house with every amenity.

Great property needs tlc

The house and Ammenities worked out well. I felt like this is a lived in home and they rent it out. The beds looked like they were slept in. When looking in the linen closet everything was shoved in there and rolled in a ball. Hence the wrinkled beds. Oven was dirty and needed to be cleaned. Bathroom tub had moldy grout. Just didn't feel clean. It's a great house with a great pool area. Just need a little tlc
