I apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Concerning the gate check-in process, traffic tends to be heavy around the Disney area during holidays. Once you complete the initial check-in, you receive a QR code for direct access to the fast lane throughout your stay. Regarding the shower issue, I request permission to enter the property out of respect for your privacy. Unfortunately, by the time you responded, it was too late to address the matter on the evening of your short stay. However, once access was confirmed, the issue was promptly resolved. Additionally, we conducted a thorough inspection of the carpet to ensure guest safety. Your feedback is greatly appreciated as it helps us enhance the experience for our future guests.
