Yes it is mentioned in the rental agreement that we only provide initial set up of amenities and suggest the guests can replenish per their need. After covid we do not provide salt and pepper. This is not true. We do not have a reservation under this name, the home that was rented during this time, has a different name on the reservation and this person did not communicate with us at all. We sent our exterminator service for inspection and they found nothing. In the past we have never had any such issues at this home. Please do not write wrong reviews, this creates a wrong impression.

Everything in the house is provided at the courtesy of the owner, we have passed him the suggestions about changing the mattresses. We only provide amenities for initial stay and it is mentioned in the house rules that our guests see before they book. The community amenities are a huge attraction hence always busy. Also recommended to let us know about anything you would want during your stay such as additional cookware, silverware, iron, hairdryer etc, we normally send our inspectors to check on this and deliver what is requested. We hope to serve you better next time.
