Close to all amenities and a stone's throw from the Principality, this 2-room apartment of 38m2 will be an ideal base for your stay. It has a balcony with a breathtaking view and air conditioning.
Completely renovated and on the top floor, this apartment is however located in a 5-story building without an elevator. (see below)

I will not be present in person but the We Care Conciergerie team will be there to help and assist you throughout your stay. They are opened from 10am to 8pm

Rather residential area, you are in the immediate proximity of the Principality of Monaco, which is the street below.
You will find all the amenities you need in the Principality, including a mini-market at Millefiori, bakeries, etc.

Travelers are a 5-minute walk from Monaco train station.
There is no street parking and it can sometimes be difficult to find a space, however public parking in Monaco is available at a cost of 20€/day.

You will like this apartment for its proximity to Monaco which is just the street below. You can therefore travel on foot or by bus from anywhere in the Principality.
The train station is a 5 minute walk away.
This apartment will also seduce you with its breathtaking view whether from the balcony in the living room or from the bedroom window.

Please note that the apartment is on the 5th and last floor without an elevator and that it can be complicated to access with suitcases



Completely renovated with taste, the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without elevator (about 5 floors)
It consists of an independent entrance then in a row you will find
- A small kitchen with everything you need
- A corridor and on the left of the corridor a quiet double bedroom with air conditioning
- A functional shower room also renovated with beautiful materials
-A bright living / dining room which ends on a balcony with garden furniture where you can have your lunch

- Monaco train station is a 5-minute walk away
- stop for the 608 bus from the airport also 5 minutes on foot
- Buses are available near Monaco train station and allow you to get around the principality.
- The apartment is 30 minutes from Nice airport
- You can park your car in the Bellevue car park in Monaco which is 20€/day

As said before, the apartment is on the top floor of a building with around 5 floors and the climb is quite hard with stairs.
A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small shampoos and soaps, 2 garbage bags, 2 coffee capsules, 2 rolls of toilet paper.
