We love the South of France. We come here 3-4 times per year but when we are not here - why not use as it YOUR very own second home. We take great pride in offering a very clean, well appointed and inviting apartment right on Promenade des Anglais. You can't get this view anywhere else in the world! You can bet the photos are current and the bed comfortable.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the balcony of this Nice Vacation Rental overlooking the Mediterranean Sea watching the sunrise. All of our guests tell us the view takes their breath away every time they see it. In the morning enjoy your coffee and in the evening enjoy your glass of wine.

This 1 bedroom Nice Vacation Rental Apartment is air conditioned, in a secure building with an elevator, is totally remodeled and is very clean and inviting. Just 10 minutes from the airport and you're there! We are on the 6th floor.

We offer Wifi, TV and telephone (free calls to North America and most of Western Europe.) The WIFI is optional and costs E10/night. But the best view is still on the balcony - not looking at the television : )

Renting a furnished apartment in Nice France is definitely the way to travel! A full kitchen allows you to breakfast on the balcony, have wine and cheese in the afternoon and even make a full dinner in the evening if you choose! Save $$ for a fancy dinner one night or more tours than usual.

Museums - too many to count. Amazing day trips - how about Eze, Menton, Monaco, Cannes, St. Tropez, Grasse (home of perfume!) and even Italy are just a quick car, bus or train ride away. Be back in time for dinner. (Read the guest comments for a myriad of tour ideas and suggestions from guests who have actually stayed in this apartment).

Winter? Skiing at Isola 2000 is just a couple of hours by car (or there is a bus as well) and the skiing is very good. Leave Sunny Nice and suddenly you are on a ski lift.

You will find everything you need here and will be greeted upon your arrival by our friendly caretaker (Luzminda) who will give you the keys and show you the apartment. You will find lots of tour books and brochures in the apartment to get started planning. But the most valuable resource is our guest book. Read comments from past guests over the last 11 years and please leave a comment on your own. What tour did you love? What buses did you use? What village is a must? Did you find great wine tasting nearby? A wealth of information awaits you.

You will find the kitchen to be very updated, clean and well equipped. There is even a washer for your clothes and an ironing board/iron. (Sorry no clothes dryer). A blow dryer in the bath means you don't have to pack yours. We even have soap, shampoo and an extra toothbrush if you forgot yours.

In the master you will find a queen bed and in the main room there is a very comfortable futon that folds into a double bed. (It really is comfortable - honest!)

Those who have enjoyed the apartment most seem to be couples (both young and older), families with one to two young children and singles who need a time out to relax. This is not a party location for young renters. This apartment is used often by the owners who live in California and they are very particular about keeping it neat, clean and well furnished.

We recommend you forego a rental car and take advantage of the amazing public transport.

NOTE: If you have time we do offer the opportunity to split your stay between Nice and Cannes. The only extra cost is you pay both caretakers (E90 in Nice and E120 in Cannes). Check out VRBO 112845.
