Nice little cabin

We enjoyed a long weekend at this cute little cabin. The outdoor space was great, and we enjoyed the proximity to Knoebels and Rickett’s Glen State Park.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful mountain retreat with us! The thoughtful touches upon arrival made us feel so welcome. We loved exploring Ricketts Glen, the Switchback Trail, the creek, and ending our days with a cozy mountainside bonfire. The views were breathtaking, and our fur child had the best time too! We had a great stay, enjoyed fishing and kayacking in the crick and the proximity to multiple activities. Would definitely stay again if returning to area. Cabin was well stocked, clean and comfortable

A perfect get away to meet up with family. We especially enjoyed kayaking on beautiful Huntington Creek. playing games, jamming on the guitars, and just relaxing on the back porch overlooking the forest. The gas log fireplace was great to have on chilly mornings and evenings. The cabin was well appointed with updated kitchen and bathroom. Chris was a very helpful host. We hope to return next year for a longer stay.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at Chris's place. It was super clean. We really liked the trail behind the house down to the creek, and so did our dogs! The house is less than 30 minutes from Ricketts Glen State Park, which was great too.

Fantastic Stay

Absolutely beautiful & clean home which was perfect for a wknd away with friends. Owner was quick to respond to questions prior to trip and even while traveling. Great location - found a great hike Friday and then spent the day at Ricketts Glen. Highly recommend & will come back to visit again.

Thanks and yes Ricketts glen and surrounding hikes are beautiful. Dont forget the mountain just across the road is thousands of acres of state game lands and neat to hike.

Clean and private

My siblings, spouse and I stayed for a long weekend. We really enjoyed use of the fire pit and switchback path to the creek. The home was very clean and well stocked with extra cozy blankets. I'd love to go back during warmer weather to take advantage of the kayaks.

Amazing Hiking Stay

The location was amazing. We loved the hike down to the water! This home had everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. The owners recommended a local fair that we had not known about and we had such a fun time. Beautiful memories made with my family and would not hesitate to visit again.

So quiet and secluded!

Our stay was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. It was so peaceful. The sound of the water from the creek while sitting on the patio was perfection. Did not get to use the fire pit because we did not want to risk anything with all the wind, but we are hoping to come back and use that and the kayaks! The bed was so comfortable! Definitely cant wait to book again!

We stayed here for my daughter's Bloomsburg graduation. We enjoyed relaxing and grilling on the deck. Kids had fun kayaking and fishing in the creek. Very comfortable and clean.

Overall, the experience was amazing! Quiet, relaxing, and spacious. We can hear the sound of the creek while sipping coffee on the rear porch. The beds were very comfortable and we slept like babies. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, wash dishes, and refrigerator for your food. They also have canoes, fishing rods, and a firepit to enjoy a campfire. We will rent from Chris again if he would allow us. I highly recommend anyone to give it a try. You won't regret it.
