Beautiful Sunsets with this Ocean View Condo!

This beautiful top floor, Grand Champs condo has one of the best ocean views in the complex. This fully updated 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo has wonderful panoramic ocean views perfect for sunsets and whale watching. From the extra large, newly tiled lanai, you can see the West Maui Mountains, and the island of Lanai while enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The front entry and bedroom has a beautiful view of Haleakala. It is our goal to provide everything we possibly can for your utmost enjoyment while in paradise. We've just added new stainless appliances in the kitchen including a double oven. This condo is also our home and we want you to love it as much as we do. We have several guests who return year after year to our other Grand Champs condo and we want the same for this one.

There are beautiful, new granite counter tops, new cabinets and new stainless appliances in the kitchen. Both baths have new granite counters with vessel sinks. Both baths also have new bath and shower tile. We also added a beautiful new Hawaiian area carpet in the living room to compliment the new Tommy Bahama entertainment center and new 50' HD Flat screen TV and DVD player. There is a generous supply of DVDs and books for your enjoyment. WI-FI internet is throughout the condo and free long distance to the Mainland and Canada is provided.

We also own Vrbo #243486 which is on the second floor of the same building. Both two bedroom units are in the same building, just seconds from door to door. It is excellent for larger parties who need two units. These lock-out units have two entry doors so two couples sharing the condo can have more privacy when needed and still enjoy each others company with the adjoining door.

Each bedroom has been set up to rival the popular but expensive Wailea resorts. Both bedrooms have king beds with new luxurious bedding, complete with new pillows and top quality Eqyptian cotton sheets. Each bedroom also has a new 32-40 inch flatscreen TV and DVD player. The kitchen boasts a fully equipped kitchen in the main area as well as a kitchenette on the studio side. The studio is set up with its own coffee maker and microwave. A washer/dryer unit is in the utility closet at the end of the lanai so you don't have to do laundry as soon as you get home from vacation.

We provide high quality beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers so you can truly enjoy Maui's many beautiful beaches in style. All beaches on Maui are public and it's a hard choice to decide on which one to go to each day.

The Grand Champions Villas are located in the heart of beautiful Wailea and is surrounded by the acclaimed Wailea Blue Golf Course and Tennis Center. The condo complex is just a five minute walk to several restaurants like Monkey Pod, Manoli's Pizza and the beautiful Shops of Wailea. Our complex is surrounded with lush tropical gardens, two heated swimming pools, hot tubs and gas B.B.Q.'s for your enjoyment. If you love to walk, be sure to take the beautiful ocean walk along the lower luxury resorts of Wailea. This sidewalk path goes along the ocean from the Kea Lani Hotel all the way to the new Andaz Resort. You can get on the path through any Resort lobby or public parking area.

We have a wonderful on property manager and provide her phone number upon your arrival. She can quickly take care of any problem that should unexpectedly come up or answer any questions you should have. She has lived on Maui twenty five years and knows the best places for everything.

We do require a crib rental for our guests under 2 years old. We can arrange to have this delivered and set up for your arrival. There are several baby rental companies on Maui and the cost is inexpensive. Due to liability issues, we do not allow early arrivals unless pre-approved and we can not allow early luggage drop off before your check in. ONLY ONE CAR PER CONDO IS ALLOWED.

LATE CHECK OUTS MUST BE ARRANGED AT TIME OF BOOKING. We can not reschedule our cleaners on short notice. We strongly recommend you rent an additional night if you have a late flight. This allows you to enjoy a full day and have a place to shower before heading to the airport. ONLY ONE CAR PER CONDO ALLOWED PER OUR HOA.
