Our properties come fully stocked with a starter package of essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dish soap, and more. PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

Perfect ski launch point
Can't say enough good things about this place. It was bigger than expected and exceeded expectations all around. The hot tub was really nice and clean. The one downfall is that it is a .7 mile walk to the shuttle stop, but this was communicated and there's parking if you are driving to Copper or Keystone. Overall great place that was well-equipped to handle our group of six--would definitely stay here again.

Unit was unfit for rental
Unclean, extremely poor communication. Leaking fridge and no lock on patio door. Unit on ground floor with alot of foot traffic. Management had no idea construction was being done. Workers in front of windows and patio. No lock on patio deal breaker. Unsafe.

Very comfortable for 4 people. Great location 10 minutes from Breckinridge in a nice quiet complex. Management very responsive with a few minor things that went wrong.
