Downhill and Cross country skiers will find many locations within a 1 hour drive. Barrie is 30 minutes, Toronto is 1.5 hour drive, to answer your need to dabble in city ventures. Fitness lovers, strollers, or just a relaxing stay away, you’ll find whatever you need here. Vaulted ceilings, freshly renovated, just waiting for you to move in.

Available for 3 month minimum stay, January 1, 2021 - March 30, 2022.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement.

Wifi, basic cable, gas fuel for heat and cooking, and hydro are included in rates.
Cleaning of home by you, snow removal of decks, patio, walkways and driveway, wood for fire pit not included.

A $1000.00 Damage deposit will be applied, and refunded according to attached policy

The house will be cleaned for your arrival, and must be kept clean by you. We will supply some cleaning supplies, when you need more, the cost is up to you.

We have a large circular driveway, front and side deck, and patio, and paver walkway for which you can use our shovels and snow blower. However, should you wish to have the plowing done by an outside contractor, we can arrange that and pass the cost to you.

The onsite garage wont be available to the guests.
