Caribbean Waterfront 2b/2b Placencia Village Condo With Pool!

We honeymooned in Belize. We dreamed of buying a home in Placencia. We researched and just plain searched for years. Our kids have started school at Boise State University. We still have many responsibilities that tie us to Boise, Idaho, but Sunset Pointe #1 is our oasis.

As absolute destiny, we asked the right person on the right day, and Sunset Pointe had a available unit! It had everything we wanted. It was huge, beautiful, concrete construction. It is literally surrounded by water plus a pool, palapa into the Caribbean, boat slip and in Placencia Village. Exactly what we wanted.
