Bayside Condo - End Unit next to water -1 minute to Hawks Channel - 2 minutes to Jewfish Creek - minutes from the Largo Cut & Pennekamp Diving

- Renovated ($100,000 spent on renovation & furniture) granite kitchen counters,
- 3 Bedroom 2 1/2 baths - Sleeps 8
- Relax in a family room with cable TV, DVD player,
- The master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV with DVD player, and a view of the bay
- The second bedroom has bunk bed with full size on bottom and twin on top
- The third bedroom has 1 queen bed and a queen pull out sofa, is a completely private downstairs unit with cable TV, full bath and kitchenette

If you want to bring a boat, let us know and we will secure a boat slip for a fee. You will have your own boat slip with fresh water to wash off boat or dive gear. Dive shops within a 1/4 mile. Enjoy fishing right off the docks. View manatees and dolphins that frequently swim by the dock as you watch the spectacular sunset.

- The unit is has everything you will need for the perfect vacation.

***Maximum boat length for boat slip is 30 feet measured from tip of boat to the back of engines. Boat must have insurance. We DO NOT have storage for trailers but we can recommend a place to launch the boat and store the trailer. Please let us know ahead of time if you are bringing a boat because we will need a copy of your insurance and registration ahead of time.****

This condo was so comfortable and inviting! The views were amazing. This was the best stocked unit we have ever stayed in! We loved cooking meals together in the kitchen. All the gadgets needed were there. We loved being close to the grills on the property. The host was a fantastic communicator and very responsive to any questions we had. Our family had a very memorable and beautiful holiday stay at Moon Bay i! We cannot wait to return!

Wonderful stay in Key Largo

We enjoyed our week in Key Largo at the condo! The location is perfect. The condo is right next to the pool, marina, and other common areas. The complex has many amenities and is within walking distance to several restaurants and activities. Nice outside seating areas. The sunsets from the nearby dock were perfection. We hope to return again!

Clean and comfortable stay by the water

Rebecca was a wonderful host, the condo was spacious for our group, kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the space was very nice! Love that it was on the first floor; will book again!

Beautiful Sunsets!

Well equipped lovely and comfortable condo in Key Largo! Near the pool and beach. Close to restaurants and shopping. Close to state parks and only an hour from Miami airport. Excellent communication from host. Would stay again!

Great Condo

Was very happy with our stay at the Moon Bay condo. The best location in the complex with a great view of the bay and only 31 steps to the wonderful pool! Owner was quick to respond to any questions and the kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans/cutlery, etc.

Family vacation

Very spacious for 5 adult family members. Just steps to the pool. Beautiful sunsets every night. Soothing water scenes and boats. Close to fabulous restaurants. Definitely would recommend this property. Very clean and accommodating.

A wonderful family place

We loved this gem of a VRBO. It was like staying at a close friends home. Not only was the condo beautiful and well kept, was steps away from a beautifully renovated club house, and the marina with beautiful sunsets. We love sitting on the patio and having breakfast, and cooking meals in the BBQ tiki hut. The place was even more beautiful than the pictures.

Annual Trip

The condo was clean and very comfortable for our annual trip. Plenty of room for everyone and everything we could need. Rebeca was super responsive when we have a minor question. Check in was quick, easy and the whole complex was in good condition. We will be back next year :-)

Perfect Location / Great Vacation

We were here for a week in January and we had a great stay at this property! The two separate floors/levels are nice to have for a little separation. The condo was fully stocked with amenities and the Owner was very nice and accommodating The location of the condo was the best part, just steps from the pool and the water with amazing views! We loved sitting in the upstairs porch having coffee in the mornings and enjoying the outside patio on the lower level for cocktails at night (when the weather cooperated). Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed the property. We would definitely come back and stay again! Thank you!!

Perfect for our Family with Adult Kids

We finally were able to take our trip to Key Largo that we had hoped to take in April 2020. By now, our two kids were adults and our daughter was married. This condo fit our needs perfectly because it allowed each of us to have our own rooms and my daughter and her husband to have their own space in the first floor unit. The location was perfect with easy access to the pool and bay and was great for planning day trips from. The beds were comfortable, and I loved the big sectional in the living area because we could all hang out there together. Although we ate most of our dinners out, the kitchen was well-equipped so that we could make breakfast and lunches. There were plenty of beach towels, games, and even a fishing rod, so we were able to enjoy a variety of activities. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone! Thanks, Rebeca!

Perfectly Situated, Spacious, Excellent Value

Condo was exactly as described. It slept our family of 6 comfortably and we didn't even use the downstairs bedroom. The location was ideal: near groceries, Pennekamp, CVS, restaurants, etc. Sunsets from this condo were prettier than in Key West. Wifi was strong even near BBQ pits (extremely important to teenagers). Owner responded quickly to any concerns or questions. Boat slip is an added bonus; maybe next time we'll rent a boat for the week! Only drawback was downstairs door handle was very loose and only locked from the outside. I couldn't lock kids in there to sleep overnight worried about how they'd get out if there was a fire. Since we all slept comfortably upstairs, it wasn't a problem. If we return to Key Largo, we will definitely stay at Moonbay again. Thanks!

Other than a problem getting in the main gate when we arrived and the mainTV cable box was not working until close to our last days it was good.

Serene sunsets

We’ve rented this unit 3 times in the past 6 years. It is as listed with 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bathe upstairs with laundry, full kitchen dining room and living room. Downstairs is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom efficiency. Great for the whole family or a group of friends. Boat slip is available, but make sure you specify you need a boat slip if bringing a boat.The owners are great to work with if any issues arise. The unit is in the perfect spot, right by the water.

Beautiful view of the marina

We stayed for a week with my husband, son (7) and daughter (4). We had a great time and perfect view of the marina. We brought our boat and had our own wet boat slip which was very nice and much easier than having to pull your boat in and out each day! The unit was in a wonderful location on the corner with the best views! There is a unit upstairs that has 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, living room, and full kitchen. Downstairs has its own unit with a small kitchen, bed and sitting area with its own entry. A perfect unit to travel with another couple! The unit came fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and towels. There is a washer and dryer which is extremely nice to have when traveling with small children! There are several fun restaurants very close to the property! All and all we had a great time and would recommend! Thanks!

Another Great Stay

We have stayed in this unit multiple times. Great end unit with a wonderful view. The separate downstairs apartment is nice for those that need some extra space and privacy. Unit has everything you need and some. The complex keeps updating the grounds and facilities. Kids love the two pools, fishing, hammocks, and games. Definitely recommend this unit and complex.

Beautiful Location

We have stayed at this condo a few times. The location is great. Beautiful views and a short walk to the pier, the pool, tennis courts etc. They keep upgrading the grounds with various items like increased hammocks and others. The condo is well furnished with fully stocked kitchen appliances and cookware. We had an issue one day with downstairs door that they were able to send out a handyman for. If you like sunsets, this is definitely the place for you. Would recommend staying here.

Amazing location!

We had a wonderful stay in Rebecca's condo... the lower floor allowed privacy for my adult daughter and her new husband, while still allowing us to be together for family meals etc. The unit was clean, and directions for everything were posted. We had a little problem with garbage disposal, but Guillermo (one of the maintenance men) helped us out. Another worked, Ty, was unbelievably helpful; and the residents of the resort were friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfy, appliances and linens clean, and the view....AMAZING!! We were treated to the Key Largo Christmas Boat Parade on Saturday. Wow!! We had a wonderful trip and look forward to staying at Moon Bay again.

We bought our home away from home in Key largo because we loved the feel of being so far away from the craziness of everyday. Yet, it is very easy to get there.

While we are staying at our place in Key Largo we enjoy relaxing, beautiful sunsets at our dock, deep sea and flats fishing, diving, snorkeling and the benefit of being very close to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.
