This spacious condo features 2 bedrooms, with the king bed in the master and 2 queen beds in the guest bedroom. The adjoining dining area and outside seating is ideal for hosting dinner parties, playing board games or enjoying meals in style. With ample space and an open layout, this condo is perfect for those who appreciate comfort and functionality in their living space.

You have a private entrance and a parking spot right next to the building.



The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located across the street from Key Largo Park with many activities.... pickleball, tennis, basketball, frisbee golf, workout track, playground, and Olympic size heated swimming pool. Leave your care when visiting the 24 restaurants / bars within walking distance; some are even less than 5 minutes from the condo!



Other Things to Note:

I have a Ring camera monitoring my front door.

No boats are allowed in property without prior approval from property management. Guests will need to make arrangements ahead of time and contact them directly.
