Nestled along Florida’s Nature Coast, Island Place Condominiums offer a serene island escape surrounded by the natural beauty of Cedar Key. Located directly on the Gulf within a true nature preserve, the property is framed by swaying palms, warm Gulf breezes, and tranquil coastal scenery—an ideal setting to relax, reconnect, and unwind.

Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway or a fun coastal vacation, Island Place provides an exceptional blend of comfort, charm, and location. The complex is thoughtfully designed to reflect the historic character of Cedar Key while offering modern conveniences. Guests are perfectly situated next to the city marina and just steps from local restaurants, shops, art galleries, and the grocery store—no car required.

Pet Friendly:
Pets are welcome with a $50 fee per pet, per visit (maximum one pet). Pets must be approved, are not permitted on beds or furniture, may not be left unattended if barking, and must be cleaned up after outdoors. Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 charge.

Additional Information:
• Grills are park-style and located at the end of the complex. Please bring your own utensils, charcoal, grill brush, and lighter fluid.
• No boat parking is available onsite. Public boat parking is located one block east or two blocks north, behind the museum.

This was our first time in the area. Enjoyed the quiet and comfortable lifestyle. Good food and scenery. Good restaurants and nice accommodations.

Great condo in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming and well stocked condo. The location is perfect, and within walking distance of everything. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. We visit Cedar Key every year, and would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks so much for an awesome stay!

Wonderful condo!

Our stay was very comfortable in this condo. It is spacious and bright and had all the amenities we needed. We loved to sit on the patio and enjoy the views of the Gulf. We would like to rent this condo again.

Everything was perfect!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The super clean unit has a gorgeous view of the pool and the gulf and is located less than a 5 minute walk to downtown. The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The condo was stocked with all the basics and even had supplies to make our pup feel welcome. This will be our new go-to place to stay when visiting Cedar Key.

Fantastic place!

We have been to Cedar Key many time and always enjoyed our stay but this was first time staying at Island Place and it was Wonderful!! Very clean and comfortable! The pool was awesome after a hot day of fishing (the fishing was awesome too)! Everyone was super nice. I left my eye glasses behind and they called to advise me and are mailing them to me. Great experience all around! Thanks for a great stay!

ISLAND PLACE 214

We do an annual girls trip to Cedar Key and this year we decided to stay closer to town. All and all it was a good stay. I personnaly like staying on the outskirts of town. Due to the recent hurricane i was expecting the area to be worst than it actually was. The town really stepped up and took care of each other and got back on their feet. They did an OUTSTANDING job of getting the community back up and running. The people are friendly and always welcoming. We will definitely continue our tradition in this amazing town.

Rosalie’s Birthday Weekend

We had a great weekend with family and friends for Rosalie’s Birthday. Four of us went fishing Saturday with local Chad OSteen and caught a bunch of fish. Had a great dinner at Steamers and listened to some live music on the Big Deck. Great weekend!
