The place was everything needed for our stay! It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh! The view was very relaxing as I got to watch multiple pods of dolphins frolic in the Gulf of America!! Perfect location to watch the evening storms to roll in!

We really enjoyed our stay at Fenimore C4. The condo was neat, clean, and comfortable. They had everything we needed while there. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises while watching dolphins at the same time. I will definitely try to book again next year.

The perfect place for a girls weekend!

We had a great time and learned what an amazing little place Cedar Key is! The place we stayed had everything that we needed and was very clean. Check in was so easy and the host was very welcoming and helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect getaway with amazing views!

It was such a beautiful place! Even the patio was great! Awesome spot to watch the waves come in! Little fishing spot right in the back yard! Hot tub under construction as is most of cedar key but it was a slice of paradise for sure! Owner was a breeze to talk to and helpful in every way! We will be back next year!

Best on the Breeze Way

The location is super easy to get to and is in the best spot i believe on the island. My family and i have been coming to Cedar Key every summer for about 9 years now. This is the first time we have stayed on the left side of the island and its beautiful. My husband and son are now official cat slayers of 2025. This is the first time in a year after the hurricane and its such a bummer that only 3 small places now remain on the pier. But all in all its still a gem to go visit and just get away for the weekend. A few small storms passed through the nights, but the sky lit up so pretty and the thunder sounded more like a lullaby off the coast. Ran into a few locals giving us stories about the old hotel now restaurant. How there are so many dolphins off our private island that they call it dolphin cove. And dolphins... we seen about 20 everyday we stayed. We ended up wandering into a cute little bar off the main road leading into the island. Drinks were beyond delicious. The room and balcony were amazing ! Love the tile floors, with as much salt and dirt going in and out with foot traffic. The tiles became a blessing to have. Kitchen was fully equipped and everything worked well. A pop up toaster would be a nice add on to future appliances. Balcony had the best views hands down on our side of the rental. The private beach was perfect. But i must say locals did warn to wear water shoes because the oyster beds will cut you up. Low tide is a must to watch. Ty again for the memori

Great view

Property was very nice. View from the balcony was great. Watched the manatees & dolphins in the water. Property was at the end of Cedar key which helped with the noise but was walkable to the main action. I would definitely like to book again.

Cedar Key stay

The condo was very, everything as advertised. Parking under the building was challenging as the building supports were rather close together. Also the hot tub was under construction and unusable. Unfortunately, the weather for our stay was windy and rainy. We actually left a day early because there was a tornado watch issued. The rental was very comfortable and should we return to Cedar Key it will be our first choice.

We chose this property because it advertised that there was a pool however the pool was closed. When we asked for a partial refund, we were told that the pool is the responsibility of the HOA and they could not give us a partial refund but would be refund us for any nights we chose not to stay. This was stupid because we left and instead of losing a couple hundred dollars they lost $500 for the night we did not stay. The property also had roaches, the furniture was stained and had human hair on it, and was extremely uncomfortable. I’ve slept on airport floors that were more comfortable than that bed!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful relaxing stay in Cedar Key. The condo was in a great location, quiet and convenient. Very clean and well equipped. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back again.

Birthday Surprise

Came to Cedar Key to surprise a friend for her birthday. Unit was clean and had everything we needed except shower soap. (Used hand soap) Neighbors were a little noisy but you can’t control that.

Decent Condo in a Hidden Gem of a Town

Overall, the condo was easy to get to, the stairs weren't a big deal and it only took us a couple of tries to lock the door when leaving! Overall the condo appeared well-maintained, but the cleaning left a lot to be desired. My friend dropped an earring, which led to a search under the bed. She found a dead bug and a lot of dust bunnies, so the carpet is not being thoroughly vacuumed. The hot water situation in the hall bath was definitely a problem. It was chilly when we stayed, and the water wasn't hot enough to take a shower even though the water in the sink was hot. So the master shower was shared by both parties. Not horrible, but not what we expected either. In the master bath, the light globes over the vanity had not been dusted and were covered with dust/lint! I sneezed a lot! Some silverware in the drawer wasn't clean, so it was either put away dirty or the dishwasher wasn't effective. That said, I didn't realize I had been sent the direct contact information and was trying to message Evolve, the management company, so none of these things were addressed. By the time I reached the property manager, we were leaving the next morning, and it wasn't worth it to have someone coming into our space to clean or do repairs.Cedar Key is a special place I'd like to visit again one day! We enjoyed our time there! The hurricane did a lot of damage, but the people are resilient and have been rebuilding for months, so if you're looking for a getaway, you should go there!

This condo was perfect for two couples enjoying a week vacation. It was close to town and the boat launch with boat parking. Cedar Key is a quaint and quiet town perfect for relaxing.

Low key Cedar Key

My husband, 19 year old daughter, and myself stayed here while visiting Cedar Key for the first time. The condo was clean, everything was in proper working order, the kitchen was adequately equipped. The condo complex seemed to be close to full, but we never heard a single neighbor while in our unit. The view of the water was great, we saw dolphins, birds, sunsets, and pretty lightning storms from the deck. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Super relaxing

We loved this condo! Beautiful scenery, every review I read said they loved watching the dolphins. Nobody said we would spend hours on the balcony watching the dolphins antics. The neighborhood was peaceful. We did have one issue or maybe more like a recommendation, please get more comfortable mattresses they were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Overall the place was wonderful and would love to come back one day
