The living room is perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the region: read a book or enjoy the television. The fully equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer, and dishwasher) lets you prepare delicious meals to share around the dining table.

The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms with new mattresses: one with a 90 cm bed, and two with 140 cm beds each. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink, as well as a separate toilet.

A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available in the utility room.

Enjoy the terrace or the conservatory with a built-in barbecue for fun and convivial moments with family or friends.

Practical: the house is equipped with a water softener, which is very handy in this region!

Parking is easy: one vehicle can be parked on the property, and street parking is free.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
