This apartment is located on the first floor of a lovingly renovated older home in a quiet residential neighborhood. Beach access is right outside your front door - just cross the street and you'll see it! Have your morning coffee at the table and chairs on the terrace by your entrance. Read the paper and enjoy the people going by - walking, jogging, or riding bicycles. The City of Cape Canaveral has put in a bike path that runs right in front of our place and is shared by the pedestrian sidewalk.
You will also see many people walking their dogs as the neighborhood, and our unit is perfect for pets under 20lbs.

Our guests tell us they love the cleanliness and privacy along with the quietness of the area. They feel at home here.

Relaxing and Safe

The property is very clean and well maintained. We felt very safe. You have a short walk to the beach while shopping and restaurants close.

7 Week Stay

I stayed at the beach house for 7 weeks. Everything was clean. Kathy was extremely welcoming and responsive when I had questions. The house was a very short walk to a beach area.

Peaceful

A very relaxing vacation. The location was close to everything. The beach was one block away. The apartment was cozy, clean and comfortable. It is in an active but quiet area. I plan to go back.

Awesome Little Getaway!!

Fantastic place! My daughter and I live in Orlando (since 1999) and we finally found that "Cute home away from home" place on the beach! It may of taken us awhile but it was worth the wait. Nice, clean, comfortable with lots of extras! You are close to everything. We are already trying to plan our next trip.

Was there during Milton. Moderate flooding on street in front of unit that dissapated that same day.No issues inside. Excellent location within short walk to beach. Place is as described . Excellent value and everything worked as it should. Would stay again

Our Stay!

My husband and I just had a visit to Cape Canaverial, Kathy and Scott may it so nice,I will come back. We rode our bikes everywhere so easily done, no bother with traffic,bike routes everywhere. Very short walk to beach, we had perfect weather. Kathy and Scott made our stay so homey. We didn`t need for anything..thanks and hope to see you again soon!!!!!

We feel bad that the Shuttle mission was scrubbed but are so glad that they found so much to do and enjoyed their visit to Cape Canaveral. Looking forward to seeing them again !!!

Clean, comfortable, close to anything you need!

Beach cottage vibe. Clean and comfortable. Very close to restaurants, groceries, Kennedy Space Center. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach! Stocked with basic condiments, spices and snacks, and if you forgot anything there’s a good chance you’ll find any toiletries you need in the bathroom. Great communication from Kathy the owner. Pets are considered and we were able to bring our cat. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Nearby Beach Stay

This was a very clean place and close to the beach which were my top priorities. The property itself is a little crowded with decor and extensive kitchenware which made it challenging at times to make the space your own with your own belongings food etc. Air-conditioning window unit was loud and slightly challenged by the Florida summer. The Owners were very kind when they greeted us and customized the coffee to your preferences. Overall a pretty good stay.

We're sorry to hear your stay was a bit challenging however we welcome all reviews and hope to learn from them, the good and the bad. Most of our guests like the homey touches and well-equipped kitchen, but they not for everyone and an edit is probably in order. We will check on that AC unit too................I do ask if anything needs our attention before our guests leave so it may be taken care of before the next guest arrives. Great Villa Getaway! Close to the Beach!

This little villa was perfect for our little weekend getaway! It was close to everything we needed. It was so close to the beach that it was no problem loading up my chairs and beach bag and walk across the street to the beach access. So close I could run up to use the bathroom whenever I needed! Just minutes from the Port where we dined each night! Loved going to Jetty park to see the cruise ships set sail, it was just a few minutes away! The villa was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed as well as all the personal touches like shampoo, lotion, toothbrushes. Kathy the owner even left keylime bread out for us!!! Very nice jesture. I loved the bicycles and took a nice ride in the evenings. My little schnauzer loved the place and was comfortable too. We felt safe taking walks at night. We hope we get to go back to visit again! Perfect Location! Thanks Kathy!

Simply perfection

Kathy was a wonderful host! The property to start was in an excellent location with a very brief walk to the beach. The condo itself was inviting, very clean, fully furnished (decor and all) and felt like a “home away from home”! We were delighted to find a little care package of goodies awaiting us, a entire binder filled to the brim with things to do and pamphlets from local restaurants, and to top it all off she had all the toiletries one might need (or forget)! While she was out of the area for the duration of our stay, she made it a point to check up on things every now and then. We had 0 issues with our stay. Period. Kathy was very helpful, friendly and due to our strange schedules with a late flight in, willing to accommodate our check-in time with astounding flexibility. Short story: I highly recommend this property and hostess! The location was perfect, house immaculate and that price is hard to beat!!! She’ll be receiving our business again :)

Perfect beach escape

I had a wonderful month stay here! Kathy was very accommodating and helpful in communicating even before my arrival. The place had all of the items you may have forgotten and all kitchen appliances. It was steps away from the beach - the location could not be better! The neighborhood is great for walking or riding bikes. I cannot say enough on how helpful Kathy and Scott were! I hope to be back one day!!

The ultimate experience

There are not enough kind words that I can say about the owners. I have never had a better experience renting anywhere! They personally show you around, leave you welcome gifts, respond promptly to any questions you might have, offer all those little extras that are usually forgotten on a trip and are the sweetest, kindest and overall excellent hosts!!! As for the house.....amazing little coastal getaway just steps from the beach in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently located close enough to so many shops and restaurants. The owners also provide beach accessories, toys, bikes and so much more! I promise, you will not regret staying here and want to come back time and time again!

Perfect beachside rental!

My husband and I had a wonderful week here in April. Kathy was amazing to deal with and had great communication. The beach bungalow was adorably decorated and was so close to the beach! I loved that the place was fully stocked with toiletries and some food items. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again! Thank you Kathy and Scott!!!

We live and work in Orlando and found ourselves heading to the beach when ever we could. It just made more sense to buy this lovely old home then to pay for Hotel rooms. Cape Canaveral is the exact oppisite of Cocoa Beach which is the reason we chose it. Party City we're not!!! The place has 4 Units and we kept one for ourselves. The other 3 are vacation rentals so more people can enjoy what we do.
We have installed hurricane proof windows and doors which keep the AC in and the noise out. The building is on a slight hill so we have not had any problems with the water rising to the building and flooding when it rains.
The area feels like a real neighborhood, friendly people enjoying and helping one another. Within a few days you will meet many and join in the fun. Our guests return year after year and look forward to seeing all the friends they made on their last visit.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

We love the charm of this older building surrounded by Palm trees on the corner of the beach access road. 200 steps and you're at the beach.
It is in a quiet area with a relaxed feeling. There are no Hotels or bars to attract a noisy crowd. The noises you will probably hear the most are the rocket launches which happen at least twice a week. You have a great view from the beach looking north to see them.
We take care of the property ourselves so you will always know that from the friendly welcome to the small personal touches that we are happy that you chose to stay here.
