A perfect vacation home for your family or a group of friends. The house is 4 bedroom, 2 bath with a large fenced, shaded backyard which is perfect for members of your fur family! It is perfectly located with just a few minutes south of Lady Bird Lake, Rainey street, Zilker park, 6th street, South Congress, and all the wonders of downtown Austin. Even better, you can get to all of these locations while also bypassing the traffic on I-35!

The space:
The home is an 1,800 sq. ft. mid-century ranch containing 3 bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom (master) with a king bed and private, en-suite bathroom. The shared bathroom contains 2 sinks with plenty of space for you and your friends/family to get spruced-up for a night on the town. If a quiet night-in is what you're looking for, this is also the perfect space for you. The kitchen comes fully equipped to cook and enjoy meals. The living room is spacious with a large comfy sofa. The home is equipped with GOOG Fiber, so you can binge watch your favorite streaming content on the 60" LCD TV or complete the intensive research needed for that critical school / work project. We also provide also plenty of board games and the neighborhood is quiet enough that you could quietly immerse yourself in your favorite book. The balcony contains a medium-sized doggie door, overlooking a large, shaded and fenced backyard, perfect for playing fetch with your furry companions.

Get around:
A dedicated driveway can accommodate up to 2 cars and street parking in front of the house is also allowed. The home is located a short 20-minute drive from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and an even shorter 5-minute drive to downtown Austin. On the day of arrival, you will be provided with a custom passcode that will grant you access into the home during your stay.

Safety:
For your safety and security, the home comes equipped with a first aid kit and fire extinguisher in the kitchen. There is also a full-size washer and dryer with detergent, softener, and dryer sheets provided - perfect for longer term renters who wish to pack light. Your hosts also reside locally in Austin and are available to help with any questions or issues should they arise.
