5 BEDROOM, 4 1/2 BATH BEACH HOME in a family oriented community. Ocean view from all 4 large decks. House is located less than 160 feet from the beach at Site #1206 in Ocean Lakes.

Life guards, patrolling security/courtesy service, and a 10 MPH speed limit makes this a really safe vacation place where you can just 'let the kids go.' The home is fully-equipped and professionally furnished to make your stay a pleasure in every way. Facilities on site include a heated indoor pool an outdoor olympic size pool & three kiddie pools, three snack bars and a arcade with 80+ games, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffle board, miniature golf, a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds

Five bedrooms:

1. One KING bed (upstairs)

2. One queen bed (upstairs)

3. One twin and full beds (upstairs)

4. One bunk bed (2 twin mattresses) (upstairs)

5. One queen bed (downstairs)

****** Large 50' flat screen TV with Wii system and games in family room and 42' flat screen TV in master bedroom upstairs that has private bath and walk-out to the deck and ocean view. 42' flat screen in the downstairs bed room, and 32' flat screens in all the other bedrooms as well.

Family Fun

Sean was very accomidating from start to finish. Very quick to respond as well. The house was perfect for our family and just a quick walk to the beach. Our family had a great week!

Terrific house in great location. Completely refurbished.

Amazing rental ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the perfect property, literally steps from the beach, super clean and nice modern decor. Homeowner does a wonderful job of communication prior to arrival and during stay. We will definitely be renting here again!!!

Great Time Great Rental

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. The house was incredibly clean and had everything that we needed. The owner was great to work with and took great care of us. The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of room for our entire family.

Comfortable Getaway

Our family enjoyed a relaxing, comfortable stay at this home! The ocean views are amazing - we all enjoyed the TV area on the back deck. The house was the perfect size for our group of 9. Communication with Sean was excellent and everything with check-in was quick and easy.

We had a great experience with this property. Our family enjoyed the convenient access to the beach from the house. We loved the porch swing, and evenings on the back deck. Sean was a great host!

Great accommodations!

We had 5 adults and 4 children 4-9. The house suited out needs perfectly and was so well decorated and had all amenities we needed in place. Loved the view of the ocean as well as the very short walk to get there. Also, the outside porches and decks were fabulous! Thanks for a really great family vaca!

First thanks for letting us stay at your home at the beach it was amazing. Everyone had plenty of room, we were close to beach which was perfect. This house truly lives up to the pictures on the website very nice place we would recommend it to friends and family.

This is a beautiful home!!

Family spring break @ ocean lakes

We had a wonderful vacation at this rental home in ocean lakes. We enjoyed all that the house had to offer. The house is literally steps from the ocean. The bedrooms, living areas, and kitchen were stocked with things we found very useful. Many games and thoughtful offerings were found throughout the home. Host was very accommodating and communicative. We will be back!

Beautiful, Modern, Beach Home

So comfortable & inviting from the moment you enter this beautiful home! House is a great mix of that beach vibe you are looking for in a vacation home at Ocean Lakes, coupled with a very modern & upscale decor. Location is fabulous! Tucked into the "South" corner, just 4 houses off the beach with wonderful views of the ocean, & steps to the beach access. Top porch swing off the master bedroom is a nice touch. Photos say it all. This is not your ordinary beach house! In addition, the owner, Robert was very accommodating. The home had any essential you might need to enjoy your time there. It will not disappoint!

Beautiful house and wonderful memories!

We loved everything about this beautiful house. We were a family of 6 adults and 5 small grandchildren, ages 2-6. All the kids loved it! The balcony space was amazing and we ate every single meal on the balcony. Plenty of space. Beautiful house and furnishings. Very clean (I am picky!). Beds comfy (although the bed in the downstairs bedroom did squeak whenever you moved, it was still a comfy bed). Easy walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessities. We rented golfcarts (fun for the grandkids) to drive to the pool and ride around at night. This was a wonderful, memorable family vacation and we do plan to return again. If you rent this house you won't regret it!

Amazing family vacation

My family and I had an amazing vacation at this property. I believe it is the nicest house on the block. The owner was very easy to deal with and accommodating. The house looked just liked the pictures. This house has everything that you would need. The kitchen was fully stocked. Other than food there was nothing that I needed to purchase from the grocery store. My family really enjoyed the outdoor deck living area where we spent several nights spending quality time playing games, talking, and watching movies. My family also enjoyed the swing that is directly outside of the master bedroom. I personally spent a few hours sitting in the swing and watching the ocean. This property is steps from the beach where we spent a lot of time. The 1600 SF of decks were awesome. This property is located on the quiet side of the campground. I would definitely stay at this property again. The owner even checked with me to make sure that my family made to the house safely. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home. Excellent House

Had a wonderful week at Family Tides. Perfect place for our family. Kids had great time. We loved the new updates to the house you made recently. The updated kitchen was great! Loved the Keurig that was there. We didn't have to take ours. There was great cookware there also. Had everything you need to be away from home. We really enjoyed being on the outside decks. Deck furniture was great. Golf Cart was a plus also. Thanks for a great week you made a great vacation for us. Have stayed at Ocean Lakes for several years and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. And Tony and Sandy were great to work with us. The only complaint we had was not fault of yours but the City of MB not allowing our tent. If having an umbrella village instead of 1 tent is safer for emergencies someone downtown has lost it. I think it was more dangerous to chase down your umbrella flying away than having a sturdy tent to keep kids out of sum. Someone needs to rethink. Otherwise this family had gone to MB for the last time.

This house was nothing short of amazing. First off, disregard any reviews that are not current. I stayed here from 5/18/25-5/25/25. This house is everything that it shows. The pictures are current and up to date. This house is about 100 yard from the beach. This house has a HUGE DECK in the front and back.I would recommend purchasing the linens package from Mr. Sean as that would be a huge help being that this house doesn't come with sheets or towels. Now to the owner Mr. Sean. One of the GREATEST Humans to man-kind. This guy is the best owner that I have rented from. His communication is A1. He is always there to help when help is needed and he evens lets you know when something goes wrong and you have no idea like the golf cart isn't charging because the outlet tripped or even something like hey the wifi is down and keeping you updated on that. His communication from the start was everything anyone of us would want when renting a house. This trip went so smooth with nothing negative to say. This house doesn't come with a golf cart even though one is at the house which is his personal one. But its because OL Security has gotten to strict and he cant risk his privileges at the hands of us. NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!!! I told Sean from here on out, I booking his house every time I go to OL. I promise this house is perfect for any one. Sean I know I have thanked you enough, but once again, here it is publicly. THANK YOU MR.SEAN FOR EVERYTHING!!!!

Home Away From Home

In the app, linens were supposed to cost 175 and I was charged 200. In the app it said there was a twin and queen sofa bed and there wasn’t, so we had a little issue with sleeping arrangements.Other than that, our stay was excellent. Sean was quick to answering and very helpful with any questions I had. Location was top notch! We loved sitting on the porch swing and watching sunrise and the moon rising.
