Great holiday

House has a great location near all highways and access to all kinds of groceries and stores. Parking is easy and house is spacious with a nice outdoor area. Host is very responsive

House flooded

After three days of staying there the house flooded from the bathroom through the whole house and we got a hotel room and we are yet to have anything happen at the credit and return because the problem was not taken care of properly

Hi Your reservation started on 09/5 and 09/12 you mentioned there is flooding which i on 09/13 there were 2 separate plumbing company there plus my cleaners and they fix the issue and cleaned the house professionally as curtesy.You did not respond to my emails and phone calls and VRB phone calls .Also you left all your belonging there until the check out time so i could not rent the house the anyone else. Also you ended up taking alot of my personal stuff from my house where you mentioned you will bring it back but never did which i had to file a police report. Keep in mind plumbing issues happen in everyhouse once in while but we never had this issue before and it was fixed with in 12 hours which is very reasonable

Outstanding location! Bobby was extremely accessible and answered all questions in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend this house. The location was perfect for what we were looking for. We stayed a week and could not have asked for more. We needed to check in a little early and Bobby was very accommodating. I will definitely look at staying here again for my future San Diego visits. Thank you Bobby for everything. Regards!

Amazing outdoor space!

We had a wonderful family holiday get away. The location was close to family and where we wanted to visit. The shopping and restaurant selection was close and varied. The home was spacious enough for 6 - two couples, two singles all adults. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and the table big enough for meals and games. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms well stocked with towels, etc.. The out door space is so inviting; we ate out and enjoyed the fire pit. The rain limited out ability to utilize this as much as we wanted. There is a pool table in the garage as well as a large washer and dryer. Over all, we were more then happy with the home and the owner was easy to get ahold of to ask questions. They even sent instructional videos for some of the home’s features-that was really appreciated. There were a few q

Beautiful modern home!

This house is lovely with modern details, very clean and rooms are spacious. The owner, Bobby, was very communicative and helpful! The backyard is a great space to relax and enjoy. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!!
