Copa is only 5 minutes from Deerfield Beach where there are many places to visit. If you decide not to go out - no worries - because Copa has a screened in Pool Enclosure that keeps mosquitoes and other critters out of the patio. This enclosure allows for comfortable swimming and eating by the pool side, day or night. Bring friends & family over to share the fun.
Copas mattresses are very comfortable so if you decide to sleep in have no worries because the windows in the bedroom have a black-out shade. This house is Bright and Fun.

If you have baby, toddler Copa has everything you might need to make your vacation easier.

The spacious open plan inside & out makes this house bright & cheerful.

Beautiful Home, Great Host

This property was even better in person. Very clean, great layout, and lots of great amenities for the kids and grown ups in our party. We would 100 percent stay here again

Hostess Communicated Well/Pool Was Relaxing

Sylvia communicated with us great from the beginning of our stay. She was very accommodating and helpful with things to do in the area. The pool was very relaxing and fun to have during our stay. Thank you, Sylvia.

Loved the home!

The place was well stocked. Even essentials if you forgot, were there. The pool area… perfect! No bugs! Very clean and easy to get in touch with Silvia!

Great long weekend at Copacabana

This sweet house is in a quiet and nice neighborhood. It is very easy and close to get to the beach and good restaurants. The house is fully stocked with everything we needed. We all enjoyed the pool right off the main living space and the owners, Sylvia and Tito could not have been nicer or more accommodating. We hope to return the next time we visit our family in Boca.

Better than expected.

We get so impressed the minute we walked in, it was better than we anticipated in the pictures, the house has everything you need and more, Silvia is an excellent host! Definitely we will be back.

Copa Delight

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Copa. The house was extremely well maintained inside and out. The pool was beautiful and also well maintained. Silvia and Tito go out of there way to ensure your stay is very enjoyable. Highly recommend you give it a try!

Deerfield Beach 14th Court

We were very pleased with our stay at Copa! The home, a mid-century, one level beach house, was nicely updated. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer were new. The bathrooms were also updated. The property was well stocked with bathroom toiletries, kitchen and dining items, towels (bath and beach) and pool toys. The pool may have been small, but it was a definite plus for this property! The neighborhood was quiet and located to a number of great restaurants and shopping (I have never been to a 2-story Target). We ate out every night, either in the Deerfield Beach area or Pompano area. There are even more great restaurants in Boca. I have never met a host as pleasant and accommodating as Silvia! She's a sweetheart! We wouldn't think twice about returning to this vacation home.

BEST BIRTHDAY VACATION

The property was immaculate and very well decorated but still with a "homey feel". Everyone was so comfortable. All the added amenities like snacks, shampoo, soap, trash bags (and list could do on and on) was sooooo thoughtful. And don't even get me started on the screened-in-pool and private backyard with ample seating and total privacy (GREAT FOR MORNING MEDITATION). Last but certainly not least was Sylvia, the host. She laid out the area for us which made it very easy to navigate around town to our desired destinations. She was also available for any additional questions we had during our stay. Sylvia was more than a Super Host. I felt like I was staying at a friends house. She insisted that we feel like we were at home and we truly did. My family and I had an AMAZING 10 days. Thank you so much Sylvia for your hospitality.

Fourth year back and perfect for our family.

We are a family of four (3 & 7 yo) from Boston. This is our fourth consecutive year staying at Silvia’s in Deerfield Beach. We have yet to find another house in the area that provides us with all of the amenities of this home. It is always really clean, the washer and dryer in the garage come in handy, and there are beach chairs, boogie boards, and a few beach toys provided. The beds, pillows, and couches are comfortable. There are several great sitting areas in the pool area - including a bar that opens up to the kitchen through a sliding window. Silvia has always been VERY accommodating, so kind, quickly responsive, and easy to communicate with. The open concept layout of the house is ideal because even if we’re all doing our own thing like cooking, playing, and watching movies, we’re still together. AND THE POOL! It’s an extension of the house. It’s screened in so we never have to worry about mosquitos or bugs. The backyard is full of lush greens so it provides shade AND privacy. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. We usually grab a few bikes at goodwill for our stay and then re-donate after we’re through. Our kids have loved going for rides and walks to the small park just down the street. The house is super close to Whole Foods, Publix, and so many restaurants. We usually hit a couple different beaches when we’re there. Our favorite is Red Reef Park. If you head there, be sure to check out the Gumbo Limbo Nature Center across the street. We love Sugar Sands park in the morning before the sun gets too hot. We’ve made so many great memories in this house and look forward to many more ahead.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. Beautiful home, pool was amazing, the location was great and the weather the time we were there couldn’t have been more perfect.. Hi my name is Silvia and I have lived in south Florida most of my life. I retired in 2017 from a customer service business that I owned. Retirement was short and sweet because I bought my first vacation home in 2017 also. That's when my hospitality business began. It gives me much pleasure to provide a home away from home experience to the many families that stay in my properties . I am a mother and a grandmother who understands the need for what a safe comfortable vacation home should be like. I am currently a Premier Host at my first vacation home in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This is my second home that I will be helping many other families enjoy and get to know south Florida. I enjoy hosting families and friends of families to help them to create memories that will last a lifetime!

This house has been a vacation home for the last 4 years. The reviews the house already had made it appealing for me to want to own the house. I have added my special touches to make it my own. I have been very successful with my first home in making it feel comfortable and believe that I can do the same for Copacabana. I realize that having a screened-in heated pool will be a very popular amenity that families are looking for as well. I still think that my attention to the needs of my guest before, during and after their stay in my homes is very important to me in order to continue being a Premier host.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The benefits of having this house is that it has a screened-in Heated Pool, and that its in a quiet and very private neighborhood. The second benefit is that when a large family desires to vacation together I can offer the other home too that sleeps up to 11guest. The house (Chica Boom Properties) its located in Deerfield Beach, Florida and it also provides needed infant amenities as well. Chica has 3 bedrooms and 2 bath and has a spacious yard for children to play in. Chica does not have a Screened-in Pool but Copacabana does. This allows the best of both worlds for my guest and their families. They as a family are able to vacation together and feel comfortable and within minutes of each other without being in the same house, during their vacation with the same host.
