🌟Cozy home , away from home , located approximately 10 minutes to the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island 🏝 or downtown Bradenton . Robinson Preserve 🦅 and Desoto National Park are just a few minutes away. Shopping, Dining, and many other activities are close by.
🌟You enter thru the yellow door into the living room with a 70-inch smart TV, oversized modular couch, and vaulted ceiling. The living room connects to a dining room table that seats 6 .
🌟The Den area contains another 70-inch smart TV and a couch that pulls out to make a bed if necessary.
🌟The Master bedroom has a King bed with a 32-inch smart tv. The Master bedroom also has a private bathroom with a shower.
🌟The second bedroom has bunk beds, 32-inch smart TV, toys, kid books, and games.
🌟The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and 40 -inch smart TV
🌟The second bathroom has a shower with a tub.
🌟The oversized laundry room is also doubles as an 🌟🌟Retro , Arcade style Game …. There is a Nintendo Wii hooked to the 42 -inch TV with a variety of games or hook up your own game system ! There is a stand-up Pac-man 🕹 and Galaga 👾 game , along with a Simpsons game. Kids and adults love to chill in this space . You will also find an assortment of board games in here along with corn hole and bocci ball .
🌟The Kitchen is fully equipped with adjacent breakfast table that seats 4 .
🌟The pool is newly resurfaced, dark bottom, ocean themed. The pool area also has outdoor seating. and is covered.
🌟6 seater Spa ( what changed after each booking 🌟The home sleeps 8 (king 2, Queen 2, a set of bunk beds 2, and a fold out couch 2)

***All of the mattresses and pillows are encased.***

🌟The home has high speed internet. There is no cable , just smart TVs. The smart TVs have their own channel guide lineup with many channels. You can also log on to your Netflix, Hulu, Prime, or whatever you have for additional content.
🌟This home is located on a quiet street and is not a party home.
🌟There is a small shed on the side of the house that has beach chairs, cooler, sun umbrella, and wagon for the beach.

The Garage and back shed are not accessible.

We are self managed and just a phone call away for any of your needs.

Wonderful house. Lots of amenities available. I would say hot tub is more of bubble tub and was not easy access to one in our party who had mobility concern. Otherwise pool was nice, deep, and easy access. With ease to get around and room for our group of 8 people not to run into each other too often. Arcade games and yard games were such fun memories for our group.

We had a fantastic stay at Duke and Sugars. They made sure everything we could possibly need is there and so much more! They were very responsive with getting things taken care of (we found some bees) and they came in and got rid of them right away! Duke is super pleasant to work with and speak too, and even provided some ideas of things to do in the area as well as some gave us some history on the pool!

Excellent Getaway

We had a delightful stay. The place is thoughtfully decorated to provide comfort as well as games, beach/pool supplies and activities for all ages to enjoy a family getaway. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a park nearby. Would stay again!

Exceeded all expectations!

I can not begin to say enough wonderful things about Duke & Sugar’s. From the first messages prior to arrival asking questions about child safety and supplies – they were always extremely responsive and helpful! I was concerned about the pool with young kids and they answered all of my questions and provided detailed photos and explanations of all the locks, child proofing and alarms that were provided for added protection. They provided many recommendations about beach access, parking, activities and restaurants which was so helpful!The home was just absolutely perfect for our family of 4. From the stocked pool & beach supplies, extra linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking and so so so many activities, toys and games for the kids! They even surprised us with a welcome basket special tailored to our children’s genders and ages and a nice surprise for the adults as well!The home itself was in perfect condition, extremely well cleaned, and even nicer than the photos made it look! The layout was perfect with two bedrooms on one side and a shared bathroom and the master on the other side with two living spaces and two dining spaces! It was absolutely the perfect set up.The hot tub was so fun the pool was really lovely in the afternoons and not too cold at all!Duke even stopped by to check on things and answered more of our questions about the area. The service was TOP NOTCH. We will definitely be back! Thank you Duke & Sugar!!

Great house, great location, amazing hosts!

Perfect house for a family stay! The boys loved the bunk beds, game room, hot tub and pool! The location is perfect for exploring the area, including Anna Maria Island. The hosts were exceptional and have really put a lot of thought into the house, with great decor, games for kids, extra charging cords, ample towels etc. Definitely recommend!

Great multi generational getaway

Three generations of family had a wonderful vacation at Duke & Sugar's. Two living areas plus pool seating area and game room for the kids gave us all room to spread out and enjoy being together without being piled on top of each other. Kitchen, cleaning and bathroom supplies were well stocked so no need to run out for forgotten this or that. Best of all was the awesome welcome package we received. So thoughtful and generous, made us truly feel like welcome guests and not just another payment received. Highly. rec

Outstanding!

We've stayed in a handful of vacation rentals around the country - this has been our best experience bar none. From the moment we walked in, the kids were raving about everything they discovered as they explored each room. When we had an issue with the AC, Duke had the AC guy out looking at it within an hour of my text - try getting speedy service like that at home! We did a couple of morning hikes at the neighboring Robinson Preserve - the kids greatly enjoyed the 'Canopy' structure they have there. The property conveniently splits the difference between the Anna Maria beaches and downtown Bradenton attractions like the Bishop Museum & Riverwalk - short drive either direction.

Even better than expected

Everything about our stay at Duke and Sugars was wonderful. Our family usually travels at least twice a year and almost always through VRBO and we have never stayed at a place this clean or hospitable. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and treated during our stay. From a welcome note and treats to supplying all the essential items needed during our stay- which, of course, is not expected or necessary but what a gift!! They were so kind and quick to respond with any questions throughout our stay. Staying here made our vacation even more enjoyable and special. I would highly recommend a stay here. You will not be disappointed.

5 Star Rental

Everything was excellent- comfortable beds, plenty of supplies and kitchen equipment. Outdoor space very nice. Owners got back to us quickly over minor issue. Would have rented next year but our dates are already booked. Not surprised!

Over and Above

The house was just as advertised. Well-stocked, clean and spacious. Excellent location. Close to shopping and major crossroad. We had the opportunity to meet the hosts and mentioned a few things we had forgotten. They appeared almost out of the blue. They just couldnt have been nicer or more accomodating. We plan to stay longer next time!

Perfect Stay

This house was amazing, pictures do not do this space justice. Duke and Sugar made our stay memorable. The house was perfect for our group including 5 grandchildren ages 3-17, there were spaces for everyone to do their own thing without everyone being on top of one another. The personal touches for our arrival were so thoughtful and the pool was an amazing place to hang out during our unbearably hot week in Florida. Letting us check in early and check out late was a huge plus, they honestly couldn't have been better hosts! The location was perfect, close to supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. We would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Hidden gem!!!

Perfect location, close to the beaches, restaurants and stores. The house has all the amenities and extremely well kept. The pool is the perfect size for kids and adults. The owner's are super nice and ready available, but we had no issues. 5 stars all day and look forward to booking again!

A wonderful family getaway!

We HIGHLY recommend this property for families. Not only was the place CLEAN, comfortable and well stocked, but the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed with many extra goodies awaiting us upon check-in. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located next to supermarkets and restaurants, too. In five days we were not able to fully enjoy all this home-away-from-home had to offer, but we sure tried! The kids lived in the pool and we played board games and video games when they gave us a chance. The way they decorated and divided the home allowed everyone to have space in the evenings to lounge. The kids had their own TV and living room area while we parents got a chance to unwind in another. The property is also close to Anna Maria Island where we enjoyed the beautiful, blue water and white sandy beach. Duke and Sugar are excellent hosts and we hope to visit again.

Awe Struck!

This residence is fantastic!! First of all the owners take personal pride in making this a home away from home and more. My grandkids had a blast with all the games, toys, and pool items. From the coffee to the comfortable beds this property was a dream. I am so grateful that my friends and family were able to be so well cared for during their stay when they visited me in Bradenton. Absolutely perfect. Thank you!

Beautiful place, great location

Our family of four stayed here for 5 days in April, and it is a truly stunning and spacious property. The location was ideal for exploring the local area, but we could have easily stayed in the property the whole time too! We loved the swimming pool, and our children had a great time in the games room. It was the perfect place to relax for a few days before we headed to Disney World. The hosts left welcome gifts for us and our children, and were always happy to answer questions and make recommendations when we asked them. The house was well equipped, and having toiletries and laundry products provided made our stay even easier. We wished we had booked to stay longer, but we will definitely come back and visit next time we come to Florida. Would 100% recommend staying here; we honestly had the best time.

What a great home!

We just stayed at Duke and Sugars and had a wonderful time. Our family came down for spring break and really loved the home. It's very cozy, close to nature preserves, dining, shopping, and the beach. The pool is wonderful, and the owners were incredibly thoughtful and left us little welcome gifts. It really felt like home. The whole process was great. I've even communicated with Sugar a few times since leaving FL. We'll definitely consider staying here in the future. Thanks again Duke and Sugar!

A Palma Sola Gem!

My wife and I were so impressed with this house that we booked a longer stay for next year. The place was spotless, impeccably maintained and very comfortable. We cook a lot (both in the kitchen and on the outside grill) and enjoyed outdoor dining beside the caged pool. Inside the beds and furniture were comfortable. Every thing was in good repair. The owners go out of their way to insure that their guests have everything they need.
