Welcome to one of America’s finest Beach Vacation destinations, Bradenton, Florida! Vacation in the most desirable neighborhood, Historic Palma Sola Bay Park located just minutes away from the blue waters and white sandy beaches of Bradenton beach, Coquina Beach, Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island area shops and local restaurants. This private, renovated vacation pool home is nestled in the quiet streets of Portosueno Park. Within half a block walking distance, this home is boasting peek-a-boo water views of the boat basin from your drive way. The boat basin bridge guarantees the best local fishing of all of Manatee County. This 3 Bedroom, 2 bath 1,587 sq ft home with professional landscaping and pool cage with a covered lanai and spa sits on a 1/3 acre private lot. Our pool is mechanically heated and can maintain 80-90 degrees. Fees may apply for pool heat. Portosueno Park has great fishing, Manatee viewing, birdwatching and lovely sunsets within the historic tree sanctuary. This property is biking distance to white sand beaches, canoe and Kayaking, Horseback riding in Bradenton Beach, Emerson Preserve Geraldson community farm, Anna Maria causeway and Rose Park dock. This area is a mecca for water-sports. Newly renovated and fully furnished, this home has Spanish tiled floors, a fully stocked kitchen with solid cherry cabinets with quartz counter tops. The master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV, and walk-in closet. Two private guest rooms have a total of 4 twin beds. There is one Queen size sofa sleeper with an upgraded high quality memory foam matress in the main family room area of the home for extra sleeping accommodations for up to a maximum of 8 adults. We pride ourselves in keeping our guests and neighbors happy and safe, That means taking security seriously. There are cameras placed at the front yard and backyard to secure the perimeter of the home and to ensure guests are safe and following rules around noise, capacity, and pets.

Great location and family location

The home was well organized, clean and it had all of the amenities needed. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed the outdoor area. The kitchen had everything we needed and the space was great for our family of 5.

Wonderful stay

Everything was perfect. We were in town for a soccer tournament and took our family (total 5). Perfect amount of room, great spot, quiet neighborhood, fishing a minute walk, pool, jacuzzi, comfortable beds. They have supplies for the beach or bike ride. Full kitchen to cook and bbq. The owners were great

Wonderful Place!

The house and pool were great! Our grandchildren loved the pool so much that it was hard to get them to come out to eat! It was very nice to be so close to the beach, as well! We had a very wonderful and memorable time... thank you!!

Quiet Neighborhood

We loved walking thru this quiet neighborhood each morning. Very little traffic and lots of wildlife to enjoy. The house was superclean and just right for us. The pool and spa were great!!

4 Wonderful Days

We stayed 4 days but wish it was longer. The house was perfect. The kitchen had everything that you needed and the washer and dryer were nice to clean the towel after the beach or pool. We loved the tropical feel in the pool areas with the tropical trees!

Lovely place to stay

The house was absolutely lovely, as was the neighborhood. Communication with Rebecca & Mont was quick & easy. Their list of recommendations was fantastic. We absolutely LOVED walking to the bay to view the manatees!! You can't go wrong with this rental!

Fabulous Spring Break Getaway

We truly felt like we were in our own "hideaway" from the rest of the world, especially in the back lanai and pool area. Our hosts were attentive and responsive to any questions/needs we had and we had a relaxing and restorative Spring Break. We would definitely stay there again if we travel to this area again! Thank you Mont and Rebecca! We made many special and fun memories!

I have a spectacular weekend. Everything nice and set. The kitchen has everything, the house inside is really clean and beautiful. Only need to clean the pool better not a big issue for us but need better assistance in the pool areas

Perfect family retreat

We were visiting Sarasota for a family wedding. This house was the perfect landing place for us. Our girls loved swimming in the backyard, the hot tub was an added bonus. We all slept very comfortably, and we loved being able to walk up the street and watch manatees in the harbor! We would definitely stay here again. The owners thought of everything!

Wonderful Florida vacation

We enjoyed our stay in Bradenton. It was a perfect reprieve from winter in Minnesota! The house was spacious and well equipped. The location was centrally located for all our activities. Our teens loved the pool and hot tub. Communication from homeowners was excellent. Would definitely recommend!!!

Amazing beach getaway with pool and hot tub and great kitchen

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at this home. The house was very clean upon our arrival and the kitchen had lots of things for us to use for cooking each day. The kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. It was just a short drive to beautiful beaches. All the table space in the home was great for the kids to do their online schooling. The hosts were very kind and helpful.

Everything that we hoped for!

This was our first experience booking a home through Vrbo so we were a little nervous but everything worked like clockwork. The house was lovely and very well maintained. The owners did a phenomenal job decorating and furnishing it. Everything that we needed for our holiday was provided from bicycles to beach necessities. We all wished that we had booked a longer stay. We will definitely book this house again when we return to Florida.

A relaxing home base for a great area of Florida

My husband and I stayed here along with several members of our family and this was a perfect home base for us. Although the house is not huge, there was ample space for all of us without ever feeling like we were on top of each other. The kitchen was clean and well-appointed and the bedrooms were quite comfortable. We spent the majority of our time at the house in the covered pool area, which was exactly what we wanted. The pool was a great way to cool off and relax, the hot tub was great to have as well (if a tad over-chlorinated at first), and the grill did a great job. The neighborhood is quiet but very close to the beach and to stores and restaurants, making it an ideal home base. I also recommend taking a walk down to a small local park/creek; we ended up going there several times to watch the manatees---adorable! Finally, we made several excursions to St. Pete's and Tampa, and it was very easily managed from the house. Like I said, a great home base!

Lovely if you like being charged additional fees for everything possible

The location and house itself weren’t bad, there was a few things that needed repaired and it definitely wasn’t spotless, but nothing too crazy. Now the owners are a whole other story. My first red flag was the fact that the listing states literally in the title and all throughout it “SLEEPS 10” in big bold letters. What you don’t see til later is you’re charged additional money for anything after 6 people, so we were charged an additional 280 dollars. The pull out beds that they rave about in the listing are garbage and locked down unless you have “approval” and even then we were still not able to access them the first night because they’re literally junk and it didn’t want to come out of the couch. The dishwasher does not work AT ALL, we attempted to wash several loads and it was not at all getting them clean and I believe it was mostly due to the lack of water pressure in the house, which was clear from the first night they had set that at a minimum to save money, have fun spending an hour filling a pan of water to boil anything. My 2nd red flag was the fact that they sent a contract full of rules when we were nearly to the home. Once I saw a “grill fee” and the pull out couch fees, I knew I’d be charged for some bogus things afterwards and I sure was. Don’t bother with this place, owners are clearly penny pinchers who try to squeeze as much as possible out of their guests.

Good, but not perfect

We (2 couples, 38-53) enjoyed staying in this house around New Year’s Eve for 12 days. Overall I recommend to stay in the house. It is well equipped with all you need for cooking, a very clean kitchen, big fridge, freezer with ice cube maker. The pool was well heated. A hot jacuzzi for the cold days. We loved it. Both included w/o extra fee! The master bedroom is comfy and nice. Neighborhood is quiet, shops/beaches reachable in minutes. It is an old house you have to use special toilet paper. The water pressure is lower. Laundry only run in a quick program, a towel used to absorb water. We were aware of this, so this was no issue. The owners are very responsive. Awesome! The jacuzzi was broken as we arrived but the owners brought a new one within 24h! The handle (kitchen sink) broke, they repaired it within min. Thanks again for this! BBQ was dirty as we arrived. We left it clean anyway. Cage is a bit dirty, some holes and doors not fully closing. The windows to the porch are full of mess and dirty, this should be taken care of. Gardeners must have blown the dust from the fire pit or huge areas without grass all over the pool/porch. We came back and all was grey/black dusted and only useable after rinsing all off with water. Please talk to these guys! Pool tiles partly damaged (sharp edges). The porch, pool and garden needs maintenance or renovation. This could bring the rental to another level. Bicycles are available, but not for 4 adults. Thanks Mont & Rebecca 4 having us!

So many problems!

The house was nice, but there were several things the owners did not communicate about that made the stay less desirable. First the fridge was broken and we had to keep all our groceries in the garage. It was a small inconvenience, but when you're cooking 3 meals a day it adds up. Also the pool light didn't work (meaning aft 6 pm we had to get out bc it was purchased black) and the hot tub only heated to 95 degrees (which made it practically useless). All of these were a result of a storm surge, but the owner could have told us up front. There was also an ant problem and we had to be out of the house for several hours so an exterminator could come. The owner never apologized for any of these inconveniences and seemed annoyed that I texted her to ask about them. The beds were also very very firm and we ended up sleeping on the couches instead. The icing on the cake, however, was the last night when we had a significant rain and the water leaked in all over the dining table, ruining several things we had placed there including 3 children's jigsaw puzzles we had borrowed from a friend). The owner had to know this was a problem, was local and knew it was raining, and choose not to inform us of this problem. It was apparent that the owner rents this property as an after thought and is not active in trying to make your stay great. It's was disappointing, but regardless we made the best of it and still had a good trip overall.
