Just a short drive from the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, this lovely two-bedroom home is going to make for the perfect setting to experience your next fun-filled vacation! The living room is a great place to entertain your dinner guests before you head into the full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen table seats four and there are four barstools available at the breakfast bar. You'll have a laundry nook that houses the home's private washer and dryer, so you can afford to pack light for your trip. Take a walk to explore the shared pool and hot tub then come back to watch your favorite movies and shows on the flatscreen TV. You can take along the provided beach towels and chairs to experience a fun day at the beach. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have two well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, and you can bask under the home's central AC and ceiling fans while you sleep.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great Location

The property was very clean and had a nice kitchen with modern appliances. The bed was very comfortable compared to most vacation properties we have stayed. The property had a nice top deck with a view of the water. The public beach access was less than a mile away.

Amazing Experience

We loved our stay here! We usually try to get a beachfront property, but with inflation doing its thing, we decided to try for something a little more affordable. This rental was amazing--had everything we needed, and very high quality. Good layout, very well decorated. Would stay here again.

Best family vacay

We wanted to get away from the touristy places. I found Port St Joe and we were not disappointed. The beach was quiet and relaxing. Beautiful white sand. Our house was so welcoming. All in all I think it was the best family vacay to date. Thanks Vacasa and home owners for seeing that through and making it special for us.

Lovely getaway

Conveniently located near Port St. Joe downtown area and Mexico Beach. Neat, clean, nicely appointed townhouse. Quiet area with a lovely view of the sunset. The kitchen was up to date, well stocked with dishes and appliances. Plenty of towels in the upstairs bathrooms. While we didn't use/need them, the washer and dryer looked to be in great condition. The downstairs area was set up nicely for small groups to play games, watch tv, eat together. Loved the phone chargers throughout the unit to conveniently charge cell phones. Very comfortable. The hosts provided prompt and clear communication and were very responsive.

Great customer service

I was relocated in the middle of my stay because of a non working hot tub in the condo association. It was not an issue they could control but I explained that it was a big deal to our family who was spending Christmas together having g traveled to Fl from CT and Costa Rica. Cudos to Vacassa for handing this in a very professional manner!

The house was clean & niceā€¦.BUT the locked was messed up and we had a very hard time getting inside. One time we were locked out for 1 hour 45 minutes with groceries that needed to be refrigerated! Spoke to someone at vacasa , they told me I would get a call within a few minutes, no one called , so I called back, they said someone would be there to help in an hour! Ruined our trip! Also told that we would get some kind of credit for our inconvenienceā€¦ that didnā€™t happen!

Very Nice House

The house was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed. The beach was not far but not as nice as we are used to. The town is more suited for adults because there is not much for kids to do in the evening (there is not any put put golf, go carts, etc..). The house was excellent though.
