Stop! Look at this Beautiful Pool Home Near Beaches

Our home is our pride and joy. It is our honor to share it with you. Built in 1998, we have completely re-worked the interior and exterior with all new landscaping and furniture. Everything indoors and out has been updated for your pleasure. You will enter the great room with its high ceiling, and make your way to the pool area out back where you will be tempted by crystal clear 85 degree water year-round. We have included all you need for your stay except for you and your clothes.

Please know we no longer accept rentals (renters) from the following area codes of south Florida:
239, 305, 321, 352, 386, 407, 561, 727, 754, 772, 786, 813, 863, 904, 941, 954.
Any potential rentals from these area codes will void any previous agreements and no refund will be given.

The house was immaculate and had every kitchen gadgets that we needed. The host was great and responded quickly. Location was perfect and close to beaches and great restaurants. I would consider staying at this house in the future. Pool was perfect and had plenty of beach supplies.

The house was easy to find and super clean. It had everything we needed and more. Mitch was a great host and easy to get ahold of if needed. The pictures truly don’t do it justice. Amazing place to stay and walking distance to restaurants. We really enjoyed the pool and sitting outside under the fan playing cards. Highly recommend this house and would def. come back and stay again. The neighbors are super nice and gave us some great ideas on where to eat. It’s in a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. We beached it a few days and the house has everything you need for a day at the beach. You won’t be disappointed with this place. Made our family vacation one to remember.

The property was impeccable. The home was magnificent, very clean conveniently located. Any questions we had for the host were always answered in a timely manner. This was by far one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at. Definitely a top super host.

We had a great stay at this house in Bonita Springs! Mitch was a terrific host, always helpful and answering any questions we had quickly. The house was very clean, updated, and well appointed in the kitchen with cookware and appliances. The pool and lanai area were extremely nice and worth the trip alone! The house is in a great location, just a few minutes drive to the beach, grocery store and restaurants, but tucked away in a nice neighborhood with great neighbors. We would definitely stay at this house again, highly recommend!

I've decided I don't want to vacation anywhere else! Location is perfect, Host is amazing to work with, and the house is beautiful. Everything you need for the beach is provided. This was our second stay and can't wait til next year!

This home is amazing! It had everything that we wanted/needed and more. It was so well stocked that none of the extras that I always bring with us when renting a house were needed. I don’t know how many times I said “I can’t believe all of the things that they have for us to use”. We looked forward to using the pool and Lanai area every day.The location was perfect for hiking, kayaking, exploring beaches, and collecting shells.We would love to rent this home again. Thank you Mitch for responding so quickly to all of my questions and sharing your beautiful home with us!!

Summer vacation

This is our third time at this home. It’s perfect and super clean! The host is the best and we will continue to stay at this home. Just a perfect 10!!

Excellent stay just like before. Had fun enjoying the pool, cooking, restaurants, stores and relaxation. Mitch and his wife have the house with all necessary gadgets to cook. House is clean and spacious. We will return soon to enjoy our next vacation. This house is worth your stay. amazing.

Great Florida stay

Mitch's home was perfect in many ways, location, space, equipment, pool. We enjoyed a week of sunny weather poolside and at the beach. Mitch was responsive to all questions. Very much deserved 5 star rating.

I’m confused by your review. You said the house met all your needs, but only gave us 3 out of 5 stars. If there was any issues during your stay, I would have gladly tried to take care of you. This is the first rating below 5 stars, and I sure would like to know what any problems were so I could fix them for the future.

Loved our stay

Great location. Clean/Warm Pool

This is one of the best places we have stayed. We typical stay closer to Vanderbilt Beach, but we didn’t need to go to the beach with this heated pool. The place was clean and the neighbors were great. Thank you Mitch!

Great little gem close to everything

Very nice house which included everything needed for a our vacation Including beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, floats, sand toys etc. Pool and pool area were top notch. Property owner was VERY responsive when we needed him. Lots of stores and restaurants near with some within walking distance. Definitely will stay again!

We have lived in Michigan for 66 years. We have always loved to travel to Florida. We make sure to visually inspect the home ourselves at least four times a year. We plan to stay there ourselves when we retire. This is OUR neighborhood!

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We chose this property for many reasons. The homes and streets are safe and quiet. It's safe to walk, or ride bikes anywhere. It's closeness to the water lets you walk to the beaches or backwater. The home has plenty of privacy if you want it. We loved the openness of the kitchen/dining room/great room, and the way the master bedroom leads right out to the pool. There are tons of shopping and eating opportunities nearby, some within walking distance. With Naples to the south, and Lovers Key/Fort Myers Beach to the north, there's no lack of things to do. Lastly, we are far enough south that the chances of cold weather are almost nonexistent.
