Our home, which we call "Poolside Paradise" is a great place for a family vacation, a couple of foursomes for golf, or just a spontaneous get a way. The private pool in the rear of the property really stands out. Professionally landscaped and extremely private. This well furnished house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a cots, plus a comfy sofa bed. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. We comfortably sleep 8. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless appliances, Keurig coffee brewer, and all the cookery you would have in your home. The heated swimming pool is equipped with underwater light for night swimming, which is a blast for the children. Accompanying the pool is a brand new Weber gas grill for the barbecuer in you. :-) This sun filled home has plenty of beach towels for your day at the beach as well as a washer and dryer to clean and dry those sandy, wet cloths. "Poolside Paridise" is located in the premier "500 block" of Naples Park, which has a southern exposure. Feel free to relax and enjoy your morning coffee while rocking on one of our white rockers, check emails and such with our furnished high speed wifi. Enjoy a morning run through Delnor-Wiggens Beach and State Park. This scenic 3 mile trek takes you through a park, along side the intercostal, down to the beach, and back home. Once you are ready for the day, you can walk to the beach or ride one of the 4 provided bikes the short .9 mile. If you want to grill lunch or dinner, there is a Whole Foods and Publix 1.5 miles from the home. If cooking is not "your thing", there is beachfront dining at Turtle Club or the Ritz, also about 1.5 miles from our home. You can also shop or dine at the ultra upscale Marcato Complex. The Marcato boasts many upscale and unique shopping stores as well as a wide variety of food options. This is one of my favorite places to spend the evening as it has plenty of outdoor restaraunts and ice cream shops. Once you are home for the evening, relax in the spacious living room while watching a movie on the television with furnished cable. The two large bedrooms also have cable television. Also, new for 2024: New linens, quilts, comforters, and hypoallergenic pillows. New Graco Pack 'n Play Booster Seat with tray.
