Loved the property, 5 minute ride to Broadway. Everyone loved having their own bathroom. Large kitchen and the roof top was our hang out. We had 4 couple staying at the house. Lots and lots of room! We went to Printers Alley and saw a great band called Alex Cramer band. We also played golf at the Gaylord and it was beautiful!! This is such a great central location, everything was 5-10 mins away.

Great stay!

Our family loved our stay. The place was beautiful, clean and had a ton of amenities. The host was great, any question I had was answered almost immediately. I also like that although I was renting a house, the place still had hotel-like amenities, ie shampoo, makeup remover etc in the bathrooms. I would recommend this listing to anyone!

This was a wonderful place. Plenty of space for three couples. Every room had its own bathroom. It looked brand new, was very clean, and perfect for a Thanksgiving get-together. The property managers were awesome; they even left us a bittle of wine and a pumpkin pie! I will definitely stay there again when in Nashville.

The house was exactly as listed which made it just what we wanted. We did a few Nashville tours, enjoyed some time with friends in the area and the friends that came with us. This property is exactly as described. The space is beautifully maintained in a fantastic area close to Belmont University, restaurants and retail stores. The property was spotless, with a nice, fully equipped kitchen, great living room and comfy bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom off the kitchen. The hosts at Hallson Hospitality were very professional, always available when needed and quite helpful. Our group enjoyed using the pool table. Friend Reunion

The property was everything we needed! There were 4 couples and we all wanted private baths and this fit the bill! We cooked one meal and the appliances were great. It truly was perfect for our group. Location close to Broadway (10 minutes) was nice. Only slight negative is that if you have more than 2 vehicles, you have to park on the street and that is limited. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect!

Friends get away.

We were a group of 7 ranging in age from 35 to 63 on vacation for the first time in Nashville. We had a rental car, and it was a quick drive from the house to all of the areas we wanted to visit. Saw lots of Uber/Lyft's in the area picking up other groups so that's also an option if you don't want to drive. Having an ensuite bath for all 4 bedrooms was fantastic, along with 2 extra baths. The house could use a refresh and not everything was working properly but it's been reported. With a few improvements, this could easily be a 5-star property. The VRBO team was quick to respond and very helpful. Check-in and check-out was a breeze.
