The ground floor apartment can also be rented without a basement.

In the warm season you have a covered south-facing terrace with a garden area. Here you can relax on the lounger, organize a fun barbecue or forget the world with the wonderful view of the Kofel.
From your apartment you can explore the mountains of the Ammergau Alps on foot or with the lifts / cable car. You can also cycle to one of the many sights by bike (bike rental around the corner).
In winter the ski operation is approx. 300 m from the apartment. There, 5 lifts, including 1 chair lift and 4 drag lifts, take you to the slopes of various types for children, beginners, advanced and advanced skiers. For cross-country skiers there are approx. 80 km of groomed trails with a corresponding skating track.

The international König Ludwig Run takes place annually in February in Oberammergau.
A wonderful bike paradise was built on the piston.

The new Alpine Coaster on the Kolbensattel in Oberammergau offers fun and action for the whole family. From the Kolbensattelhütte it's a length of 2,600 meters with breathtaking views and adventurous curves into the valley. Alpine pilots can whiz down the piston saddle at a maximum speed of up to 40 km / h and cover a height difference of 400 meters.
