Our high-quality apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, is furnished for 4 people. The apartment is perfect for couples, solo travelers and families.

The apartment is in an absolutely quiet location in one of the most beautiful areas of Partenkirchen. It is close to the Olympic ski stadium and is also the starting point for the mountain railways, hiking trails and the swimming pool. The historic Ludwigstrasse with its numerous shops and gastronomic offers is around ten minutes away.

The apartment has a very large sunny balcony, which extends from the south side over the entire west side and reveals a free and unobstructed view of the entire Wetterstein Mountains and is equipped with a balcony table. Enjoy the beautiful view of the entire Alpine panorama from here.

The apartment was renovated in 2014. 85 m2 in size and occupies the first floor of a typical alpine three-party house. The south-west-facing apartment gets its special charm from the ideal room layout, the high-quality furnishings and the large window surfaces that flood it with light.

From the spacious hallway with a custom-made cloakroom you can access the spacious living-dining area (30m2), in the first Bedroom in the 2nd Bedroom and in the bathroom. All rooms are equipped with oak parquet.

From the spacious living-dining area (30m2) with modern fitted kitchen (stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, milk frother, coffee machine and much more) you can reach the all-round (south-west) balcony. It offers a view of the Alpspitze, Zugspitze, the Waxensteine and the Kramer and is also from the 2nd Bedroom accessible. The living area is equipped with a satellite flat screen TV, radio / stereo and free WiFi.

The 1st Bedroom is custom-made with a double bed (2m x 2m), wardrobe and bench and lovingly furnished. From here you have access to the second balcony, which offers a view to the east of the Wank. Likewise, the 2nd is lovingly Bedroom with 2 beds 0.90mx 2.00m and closet.

The modern bathroom with window has underfloor heating, a rain shower fitting and high-quality bathroom furniture.

For your skies, ski boots and sledges we have space in the basement to dry.

The rental price includes a. Towels, a washing u. Drying machine, electricity and water consumption and a parking space for single use. The tourist tax is not included in the price.

Unfortunately, pets and smokers are not allowed to keep our apartment shiny.
