Good Location

Good location-close to the Mammoth Village, shopping, restaurants, etc. Unfortunately, my partner and I did not get restful sleep as the smoker detector would randomly emit loud beeping 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed.

Great place to stay

Stayed here for a weeks vacation. The condo was very clean and smelled wonderful upon arrival. This condo is in a great location which made it easy to get around town. Pool and spas were nice (don't forget to bring your own beach towels as the condo is not a part of the hotel towel service). The property was also very clean and smelled nice. Parking was easy, we never had to use the other parking area. We look forward to visiting again very soon.

Clean condo, basic kitchen supplies (bring spices, etc), easy check in/check out. Minus one star for dishwasher out of service, need to replace cereal bowls. Larger coffee cups would be nice. Would return

Easy access to anything we needed as we acclimatize to high altitude.I sent a few notes through the txt chatbot and did not hear back. If Vacasa want to use a chatbot for their ease, is there a way to make th conversation two-way instead of only the bot asking for our information? Otherwise we need to be in contact with the hosts through multiple means which is inconvenient. Great property. There were a few little issues, very nitpicky, not an issue but something you as owners might want to rectify, which I sent through the chat function.

Vacasa is not ideal

If possible, I’d recommend renting from a private owner rather than a large management company. With Vacasa, there’s no flexibility on check-in or check-out times, and all requests go through an AI chat system, which feels impersonal. The check-in process—retrieving keys from an off-site lockbox—was also somewhat inefficient. Overall, the stay was decent, and the property was conveniently close to the slopes, but a rental from a private owner would likely offer a more personalized and seamless experience.

Very beautiful views

King size bed is very comfortable. 2 TVs with Netflix and Amazon was fabulous. Toilet is permanently stained and needs to be replaced. Dishwasher is the loudest in the world and needs to be replaced. Floors need to be cleaned better before Guests arrive. Towels for pool are needed. Needs a plastic dish rack for hand washing dishes. Will return, beautiful unit.

Needs maintenance. Great location

The bathroom sink leaks. The entry light is broken. The built in microwave was broken so vacasa put one on the counter. No self service luggage carts so you need to call the front desk for a bell boy. 444 is at the end of the hall so it’s a long way to carry baggage. Quiet and comfortable. Nice view. There’s a coffee place in the lobby which is a big plus. Eagle lodge is super close.

We confirm the bathroom sink cartridge is being replaced. The entryway light needs a new bulb and the built in microwave is being replaced with a new one. Unusable sofa bed

2 older adult women rented Condo clearly stating 1 would occupy full sofa bed. The springs jutted into occupant . We notified manager next day and we were sent a single used air mattress that lost air next 3 nights . We again notified manager second day. No satisfactory resolution for all 4 nights.

Nice condo, great building amenities

The one bedroom condo was clean and had a nice south facing view to the gorgeous mountains. The condo came well equipped with everything you would need for a short term or longer stay. Proximity to the ski in and ski out lift is stellar. Town access to restaurants and other amenities is a short 1.5 mile drive. A convenient shuttle bus stops just outside the property for great town access if you don’t feel like driving or large groups make vehicle travel less practical. The only areas I can see improvement in may be nit picking, but if you wish to maintain occupancy little improvements count for overall satisfaction and return business. First, the toilet paper and Kleenex is the cheapest you can buy and feels like sandpaper. The few cents saved here by buying cheap detracts from such a nice condo. The sleeper sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on for any length of time. I didn’t use the sleeper itself so I can’t comment on its comfort. Overall, there was a little wear and tear to the unit, but nothing excessive. Key card retrieval in town versus on site is a little inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. The bigger question is whether I would stay here again? Absolutely!

Nice condo, great amenities, ski in and out convenience!

I come to Mammoth Lakes quite often to meet friends who camp nearby at Camp High Sierra. Camping as I get older isn’t as enjoyable as it was when I was younger so staying at the Juniper Springs condo was quite convenient as I could walk or ride my bike to their campsite. The one bedroom condo is accurately depicted in the online posting. I found the unit to be clean and well equipped for my eight day stay. The unit had a beautiful south facing view of the mountains. There was some wear and tear, but nothing that would deter me from booking another stay in the future. My only criticisms are minor, but could easily be rectified. The toilet paper and Kleenex are the cheapest you can buy and feel like sandpaper. The combination sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on for any duration. I didn’t use the sleeper portion so I can’t speak to its comfort. The building itself had several nice amenities which included; a pool, small gym, lockers for skis and bikes, nice well equipped paid laundry room, vending/ice machine and coffee shop/gift shop. Overall the property was well maintained and the staff including maids, maintenance, front desk, and gift shop were friendly and professional. If you’re staying for winter ski season you can’t find a better location. The Eagle ski lift is less than 100 feet from the front lobby!

Convenient Location

This condo is a very short walk to/from the Eagle lift so great for skiers. The resort has nice amenities - 3 hot tubs & a heated pool, coin laundry, ski lockers, and a small coffee/gift shop - and the condo was comfortable and clean.

Room with a View

This small but comfortable one bedroom has a lovely Mountain View and afternoon sun. Lockers, hot tub, heated underground parking and a short walk to Eagle lift makes this a great choice for a couple.

Great one bedroom close to Eagle Lodge

The condo is a solid 4.5, and the location is a 5. I really liked that the one bedroom property was at the end of the hall, so there was very limited foot traffic. The building has a shop with Mammoth merchandise, coffee and pastries. There is a heated pool and three hot tubs. Parking was simple. We were there for snowboarding. The lift was steps away and made it easy to get on the mountain early. The condo was clean, shows expected wear and tear of a cabin, but was quite comfortable. There are DVDs, books and board games. Our party of 3 would definitely stay here again. The property was professionally managed and getting the keys at the offsite lock box quick.

Nice place. Clean. Bed was comfortable. Just the right size for 2 people. Only thing is it is a far walk from parking garage. You need to make multiple trips to load, unload truck. Would definitely recommend.

Incredible customer service

Location was excellent. Everything was clean and well maintained. The customer service was next level. They checked in on how everything was going and were quick to answer any questions and even drop off extra key cards when we needed them. Highly recommend!

Great room at Juniper Springs!

Convenient room located right by Eagle Lodge, with a heated garage to keep the skis warm, and a jacuzzi, it was perfect for a quick getaway. Room is slightly more updated than others in at Juniper and was good for three adults.

Perfect for a family of 3

Location, location , location! Less than 100 yards from the Eagle Lodge lifts, skied behind building straight to the doorstep of the building and up a couple flights of stairs and we were there! Unit was clean and cozy for a family of 3! Views are spectacular which is a bonus.
