Fabulous FOUR BEDROOM House across from the River in Prime Central Area

You’ll love this 4 bedroom 2 bath sprawling ranch house with so much privacy, surrounded by trees, and across the street from the Umpqua River! There are many places very close that provide riverfront access. A few of our favorites is Stewart Park, 3 minutes away, which is a 236-acre regional park, with riverfront access, a playground including a locomotive for the kids to climb on, multiple hiking paths, many community events. Another great place with riverfront access is River Forks Park, which is so much fun, and truly beautiful. If you want to go just a bit further, Amacher Park is great. It’s hard to narrow down the best riverfront access, because there’s so many so close! The house offers privacy, and is Great for travel workers, families, friend groups! You can’t beat the location for being close to town but a world apart! You’ll love staying in this 1700+ square feet 4 bedroom 2 bath house in the fabulous Old Melrose area in Roseburg, a very highly desirable area. There are 4 bedrooms, one is a huge master suite that has a king-sized bed and I also provide a queen-sized air mattress along with bedding, that fits easily in that room. Each of the other bedrooms, have queen sized beds in them. Every chair and the couch in the living room is a recliner! Very comfortable and stylish furnishings! The house is about 7 minutes to Downtown Roseburg, 7 minutes to Mercy Hospital, 7 minutes to the Garden Valley area with all its restaurants and shopping, and right in the middle of all the Fabulous Wineries! It’s truly Perfectly located for all Roseburg has to offer! The master suite with sitting area also has its own bathroom with shower, has a small kitchenette, it is just very spacious and special! This house allows great privacy! There is Premium High Speed Internet! There is everything you will need for a comfortable, pleasant stay! You will love the historic town of Oakland, just a few miles from Sutherlin! I highly recommend The Wine Society! Charming little businesses, restaurants and bars line the quaint streets of Oakland.

Of course there are Starbucks and Dutch Brothers coffee places, but I suggest you try The Human Bean and Java Run!

If you like wine and wine tasting, there are a plethora of great wineries in the area! So much wine tasting! Soma y amazing wineries! Golf courses, parks, trails are abundant! Also a great fun place to visit while here is Wildlife Safari! It is a short 20 ish minute drive! It is so much more than a zoo! Please know that I strive to be the best host I can be, and I do my very best to always be there for you if you need anything.
