Numbered private parking space. The residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, about 900 m from shops, shops, market, restaurants, fairground and sea. It has a petanque field and a collective swimming pool open in high season from mid-June to mid-September, it has surveillance by lifeguard only in July and August.
