The main level offers a gathering space with comfortable furnishings, a remote controlled gas fireplace, SmartTV with Spectrum cable and streaming options, dining table for 6 with room for 3 more at the counter, and a kitchen with solid surface counters and stainless steel appliances including a Keurig. Step outside to the porch and enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the porch swing!

Up a half-flight of stairs is the master bedroom suite. Here you'll find a Queen bed, gas fireplace, private Juliet balcony, and en suite bathroom with jetted bathtub, double vanities, walkin closet, and shower.

Down one level from the main floor is a level with two Queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms offers access to the mid-level deck. Go downstairs one more level and you'll find a den with gas fireplace with a 100-year-old mantle over it, SmartTV with Spectrum cable and streaming, laundry closet, a bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. On this floor you'll also find a deck with the hot tub and a gas firetable.

Blue Ridge Blessing is perfectly located on a quiet street on Appalachian Ski Mountain, just 10 minutes to both Boone and Blowing Rock. You'll be able to hear the Tweetsie Railroad train whistle clearly from here as it floats up the valley. All of the area's best shopping, dining, and attractions are a very short drive away. IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This home is pet friendly for a firm max of two (2) dogs under 50lb each. Pet fee is $25/nt per pet.
- Please note that the owners of this home use security cameras to monitor the exterior of their home to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, hot tub, doors, or windows.
- AWD/4WD and/or chains recommended during winter months.
- Guests returning to Blue Ridge Blessing may receive a discount of 10%, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
