"Charlie's Place" is a mile+ to downtown Cincinnati! Location! Location! Completely Renovated 2nd Floor Dog-Friendly Apartment with modern Kitchen, Shower, & Laundry located above Three Spirits Tavern (a B-Line stop! Gateway to the Bourbon Trail) in Historic Downtown Bellevue, KY. (BED allows open container.) NOTE: This is on a 2nd Floor, and it is ABOVE our TAVERN-- you will hear MUSIC & Bar Crowd Noises until past closing time (bartenders clean-up time and time for guests to finish their food & drinks and head home). Most of our VRBO guests do not mind this at all, and even hangout with us at the tavern below, but a TV usually covers up the noise from below, or earplugs. +PS+ This home was built in the 1800's, some folks claim it is haunted :) Come see for yourself! Although this is in the fun & quaint little Entertainment District of Bellevue...Please no guests, this is not a place to party! This is a generally quiet, small town- even though its walkable to downtown Cincy. The owners occupy the 1st floor, mellow, bourbon & cocktail bar; and on the apartment side, the hallway is shared, the owners have use of the 3rd floor space. No smoking / no parties. Owner, Charlie is often on-premise. We are excited to host this awesome space above our tavern (new to short-term renting 2021) and hoping for equally respectful guests, thank you! Owner-agents. Charlie is a natural tour guide and story teller- go visit him downstairs at the tavern! Bellevue is his hometown! You may carry up your drinks/food/plates & glassware from the tavern to the apartment, just leave in the dishwasher or sink. NOTE: Ring Doorbell Camera/Audio on Porch & Security Camera in Shared Entry Door hallway area. (& in the bar downstairs.)
