We're truly glad you enjoyed the spacious layout, beautiful views from the corner unit, and convenient location—it really is a special spot on the Intracoastal! We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced. We’ve already been in contact with our cleaning team to address the issues you mentioned regarding the floors and windows to ensure future guests arrive to a spotless space. We’re also restocking our kitchen and utility supplies so that longer stays like yours are more comfortable and better equipped, and we appreciate you pointing that out. Regarding the elevator, we completely understand your frustration. As we mentioned prior to your arrival, we were hopeful it would be fully operational during your stay, as it had been working off and on with continued servicing. Unfortunately, the repairs have taken longer than expected. We continue to work closely with building management and are pushing for a permanent resolution as soon as possible. We’ve also taken note of the ceiling fan issue and master showerhead and are actively working to improve both.
