Nestled along one of the most desirable areas of the Gulf Coast, this charming one-bedroom Gulf front condo boast breathtaking views of the sunset over the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Whether you're relaxing on the common balcony or strolling along the powdery white sands, you'll be enveloped by the serene beauty of the beach.

Inside, the condo features a spacious and tastefully decorated living area, complete with comfortable and modern amenities. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you may need. We really enjoyed our stay at Wayne's beautiful appartment! It was well equipped and even came with a beach umbrella, some sand toys, books etc for kids. Wayne was very welcoming and communicative, and I would highly recomment anyone looking for a beach vacation to stay here

Great place to stay, it has a great location. No congestion unlike some of the other places along the beach. Spectacular sunsets can be viewed from the room, balcony or the beach.

Can't beat the views and ease of access to the beach. Keep in mind that this area is still rebuilding from hurricane Helene. I wish we could have seen the area before all of the destruction caused by the storm. Thank you Wayne for the hospitality.

Absolutely wonderful.

The condo it’s beautiful, and up to date. The owner is wonderful, he come over to introduce himself upon arrival and made it clear he was always available if needed. Me, my husband and two children had a beautiful vacation and plan to return next year!

Perfect space right on the beach

Wayne cares about his renters. The condo was very clean, nicely styled, and comfy. Wayne checked on us on the day we were to arrive which unfortunately was later than planned due to construction. He also made himself available for any concerns or questions. Prior to departure, he checked in on us to make sure we knew departure procedures. If we return to this area of Florida, we hope to keep him in mind for a return visit. And did I say it was close to the beach. Just across the parking lot and you reach sand. The condo had all the necessities:chairs for beach, chairs for balcony, beach towels, beach wagon...all provided for use.

Try this one….you won’t regret it!

Everything about our trip was perfect. Wayne and Josie was very caring and attentive hosts. They made sure the process was easy. They followed up with me on check in to make sure the condo hit all expectations. The condo was comfortable, convenient, and cute! It’s well taken care of and clean! We were right on the beach. The condo is close to everything. Fabulous restaurants and shopping all within biking distance and some walking. We frequently went down to St Pete Beach area too. Loved this place and we will be coming back!

This place was everything as advertised AND more! The owners couldn’t have been any nicer and easy to communicate with. Favorite features were the electric recliner and king sized bed! The shower had an overhead “rain” head that was a cool feature as well. The kitchen has EVERYTHING you need for a good home cooked meal! Very clean and great location!!

Perfect Quiet Stay

Perfect rental for a couple or small family. The unit was clean and is very well stocked, including beach floats, chairs and towels. The rainfall shower head was very relaxing after a day in the sun. My husband and kids loved the reclining chairs at the end of each day. The washer and dryer is very close to the unit if needed. View is A+!!! Beach is just steps away and not overly crowded, perfect for days in the water and nice evening walks. Wayne is a great host. We arrived to a lovely welcome note and treat. Wayne also called upon arrival and before departure to ensure everything was good for our stay. I could go on and on. We loved our time there and look forward to staying again!

Perfect!

If we could give more than 5 stars we would! Our stay at Wayne and Josie's condo was perfect. The condo was exceptional in cleanliness and the most well stock condo we've ever stayed in. Wayne and Josie have thought of everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. They have supplied all the beach equipment needed for a fun day at the beach. Also you have all the kitchen supplies as well if you want to cook all your meals. The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. It was comfortable and cozy. The view is stunning and access to the beach and pool is just steps away! Wayne called upon our arrival to make sure we were happy with the condo and to contact him with any needs. Also before we even checked in he emailed us to let us know we could check in early. He also called before our departure to thank you for staying at their condo. Very nice man and communicates extremely well. The weather was perfect all week. You just can't beat the beautiful soft white sand and blue water on Sunset Beach. And the beach is not crowded at all but close to many things to do which we loved. We spent a few days at John's. Pass, did a shelling excursion at Shell Island which was incredible. I would suggest eating at Crabby Bill's, Sloppy Joe's and R Bar. This had been the best beach vacation and condo we've ever stayed at! We can't wait to come back and make Wayne and Josie's condo our place to vacation at the beach!

Lovely property and wonderful location.

Such a great place to get away and thoroughly relax on the beach. The condo was so comfortable and cozy-had everything a person could possibly need and then some. We hope to return to this wonderful spot in the future. Thanks again.

Awesome place, would definitely stay again

absolutely loved this place, very cozy little condo, perfect for 1-2 in the very comfortable king size bed (I did not use the queen size sofa bed); definitely the most well-stocked VRBO that I've ever booked, a welcome note (and a few masks) greeted me along with some Ghiradelli chocolates (nice touch); truly appreciated the welcome call upon arrival, definitely made me feel welcome (and the owner living across the street made it super convenient when I had an issue with the cable TV, which was quickly fixed); restaurants and grocery close by and nice (and safe) places for morning walks; easy drive back and forth to Tampa airport; the place was very clean and went beyond my expectations, highly recommend!

Long post but well deserved review! This place is wonderful!!!

My husband and I, along with our 6 year old son, drove about 13 hours from Kentucky for vacation here. We were nervous about choosing the perfect spot for us. When I tell you this place is perfect I’m not joking. Don’t let the outer appearance of this older building fool you. We parked in the parking lot (super convenient) and took the elevator to our room. Upon entering the place immediately felt like home. Super clean! Cleanest vacation spot we have ever been and we have done our share of traveling. The owners, Wayne and Josie live just across the street and are there for anything you need. Everything has been thought of for you here. Super comfy and power reclining living room chairs. Chairs for the balcony if you choose to use them. We never did. You can literally sit on the couch and the ocean feels like it’s steps away already. A closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, mat, floaters, boogie board and more that you can use. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Any food you don’t use you are welcome to leave for the housekeeper. She passes it along to others that are less fortunate in the area. The walk-in shower is so nice after a day on the beach. Complete with rainfall shower head and a detachable shower head as well. We also took advantage of the washer and dryer at the facility that’s super close to the room. You have to pay a little to use it but so worth it. No dirty clothes to pack home! Pool was also great. 2 outside showers to rinse off the sand before you enter the pool. 3 ft-6ft pool so all ages can enjoy! Several outdoor bbq grills you can use out front. We went to the grocery store and forgot charcoal. No worries, there was a full bag to use in our room!! The king size bed and bedroom was peaceful and comfortable. The lighted artificial palm tree in the living room really brought the beach inside. The most delightful surprise we had was seeing how truly close the ocean was to the condo. We brought a wagon and rolled everything from the beach to the condo with ease. I know this post was super long but I can’t say enough about this place. This is the hidden treasure at treasure island/sunset beach you have been looking for! All of the people at Sunset beach were super friendly. This is a very laid back, small beach community with a short drive to lots of restaurants and shopping. Don’t skip Caddy’s! We ate there twice and everything was great!!

Perfect Getaway

Our stay was wonderful! The location is a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants, and the beach is gorgeous and not crowded. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable, and Wayne was incredibly kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

Wayne and Josie have set the bar high on rentals. I did a lot of research to find the perfect rental during COVID. Every review for Wayne and Josie's condo commented on how clean the condo was and they are right. The condo was very clean, organized, fully stocked (towels, linens, pillows, blankets, dishes, etc.) and it smelled good. Wayne was simply amazing. He communicated via phone and email. He was extremely responsive. Access to the condo was simple. I received a warm welcome with a handwritten note from Wayne and Josie to include face masks (thank you) and chocolates. The ocean view from the condo is breathtaking. I prepared all of my meals in the condo. Everything I needed was literally at my fingertips. Thank you Wayne and Josie for being such gracious hosts.

Great beach front room.

Owner very accommodating. Room very clean and nicely accented decor. We locked ourselves out of the condo and the owner helped us immediately. This year was our second year consecutively renting from Wayne.

If you are looking for the best beach getaway for two or the family you need to try our 'Island Time' condo! You will absolutely love it!

Location, close to everything. The area is quiet and peaceful, the Sunset Beach area does not have through traffic.

Plus we live across the street, so if you require anything we are right there for you.
