Wedding stay

We got married nearby and stayed at this Vrbo. Perfect location, clean and nice. Right above a nice restaurant that we went to as well. Communication was fine, but we did reach out for more trash bags and did not hear back. We made due either way. The HVAC for the building was also louder than expected, but 2 small things to an otherwise perfectly fine stay.

Good location close to Ann Arbor

Adorable Loft

This loft was perfect for our stay in Ypsilanti! We absolutely loved the area - so many great places to eat and drink! The loft was so cute and very clean and perfect for us and our friend! My only suggestion would be to put mirrors in each bedroom for ease of getting ready in the morning and sharing a bathroom. Also, it is a party area on the weekends and was a little loud late into the night. That didn’t bother us as we enjoyed going to listen to music! Overall, this place was perfect for us! So fun!

Exactly as described! Great communication and location. Came to town for Michigan basketball game and we loved how close the apt wasTo everything. We had our 4 year old granddaughter with us so we also loved exploring the neighborhood and having dinner at Thompsons on the main floor. With a restaurant below, we were surprised we didn’t hear anything. Great security for the bulletin too! Would highly recommend and definitely stay again!!!

Amazing Valentine’s Day Spent!

My partner and I loved our stay! The loft was cozy, clean, and welcoming :) It was perfectly convenient. We loved being able to walk down to the restaurant that’s below the loft and also walk over to the co-op grocery store for snacks. Really, our only complaint was the water pressure in the shower. However, this is somewhere we definitely want to stay at again! Would recommend.

Beautiful location! Must stay if you can!

I've been here in the past and all I can say is stay here if you have the chance! Beautiful and spacious interior that makes you feel right at home. It was clean to perfection and I had zero issues entering the building. This is the perfect location to stay at!

Great Stay at the Thompson & Co. Bldg

This was our second time staying in this building. This unit was beautiful and close to everything in Depot Town. Lots of windows kept the unit bright and it was tastefully decorated. All the furniture was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to our communications.

This place is a true gem. My boys and I came up to Michigan from North Carolina to see a University of Michigan football game, but we couldn't get decent lodging in Ann Arbor so we stumbled upon this place and it was quite a treasure. We ended up canceling a couple of reservations that we had in Ann Arbor to eat at the restaurant downstairs because that was flipping amazing and the music that they had in the bar was some of the best I've ever seen for free! We just had a great experience and if we ever go back to Ann Arbor, this is where we will stay. .

Excellent stay!

Very clean property right downtown in uptown Ypsilanti. We had a great time and the hosts were extremely on top of it from the get go. Very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

University of Michigan Visit

The property is very nice and conveniently located to the University of Michigan. There are a couple very cute restaurants located within the same building. Owners were very responsive and check-in and out was very easy.

Depot Town Delight

What an amazing stay! The apartment was centrally located- clean and safe with our own assigned parking space. We had a co-op and several places to eat and have drinks within a few minutes walk which was so relaxing after a long day. The only downfall- if you will- the bedrooms could use luggage racks at least so our bags aren’t all over the floor.

GREAT PLACE - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

LOVED IT! Cute, great, clean well kept place. Loved it & will stay again. Only complaint is check out process. Need to email someone? Not sure if emailed the correct email address so just used two that I found in listings/emails. Would be nice if you highlighted this in the final check in email so it's super clear. Thanks for the fantastic stay - will be back!

Very nice accommodation with plenty of equipment. What we didn't expect was the noise level of the trains nearby, the ventilation system and most likely from the diner below.

Adorable Loft

The Thompson Loft was a perfect fit for our family to celebrate a birthday in and around Ypsi and Ann Arbor. Great location, thoughtful amenities, clean and comfortable! Owners were very attentive and super easy to work with. :)

We had a fantastic stay. It was one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. It’s spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Parking and entry was so easy. We stayed here on our visit to University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. There was limited places to stay in Ann Arbor and this was an easy drive to the campus. The immediate surrounding area was great and safe with several trendy restaurants but a few blocks away we went to a park that was pretty rough and didn’t stay long. I would recommend this property to others and would stay here again.

Awesome spot

We came into town for an overnight stay for a wedding an the loft is the prefect spot! First off, the owners were very quick to respond when I reached out to them with a few questions. The loft itself is right above a cool bar and fun downtown area with lots of things to do. It was also super clean, spacious and quiet. The beds were super comfortable and the loft had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the Ypsi area.
