From the moment you step inside Vita Del Mare, you will take in the most stunning ocean views available in the North Beach area. Located on the top floor, these views can be seen from nearly every room.

Kitchen: Spacious and well-equipped for all of your needs. Keurig and automatic drip coffee makers, microwave, and plenty of seating with both a 4-person kitchen bar and separate dinette area.

Hallway features a double glass door pantry with plenty of room for storing towels, toiletries, snacks and flip flops!

Living Area: Spacious leather motion seating area, 65” smart TV, and electric fireplace for a cozy night in while listening to the waves roll in.

Main bedroom: West Indies tropical vibe, king size bed, spectacular views, private access to balcony, en suite bathroom, rainfall shower, and separate walk-in dressing and vanity areas.

Guest bedroom: Surf-themed featuring 2 Twin XL beds that can be converted to a King upon request, and walk-in closet. Bedroom sits right next to guest bathroom with rainfall shower.

Enjoy a dip in the refreshing pool or sunbathe in the beautifully landscaped poolside courtyard, which leads directly down to the tranquil dunes and powdery white sands of the Atlantic.

You will have access to a one-car enclosed garage that houses beach necessities and toys that will make a day at the beach more comfortable and enjoyable.

NSB is known for its quaint, small beach town feel and local vibe. The property is located on the northern end of the peninsula, sitting among some of the most beautiful ocean-front properties in the area.

Smyrna Dunes Park sits at the tip of the peninsula, where nature lovers can enjoy walks/runs to the beach on the expansive boardwalk or sandy paths that cross the protected dunes. From here, you have access to the inlet and intercoastal, with views that include the Ponce Inlet lighthouse and NSB "locals" showing off their surfing skills near the jetties.

Famous Flagler Avenue is just a 5-minute stroll from the property, where you can enjoy shopping in unique boutiques and dine at many of the areas most popular (and delicious) restaurants. Foodie alert!

New Smyrna Beach is located 1.5 hours from Orlando’s theme park attractions, including Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios. It is also only a 20- minute drive to the famous Daytona Beach and International Speedway, and 15 minutes to the scenic Cape Canaveral Seashore.
