Wonderful Condo!

Craig was amazing at communication and checking in with us throughout the stay. When they say it’s stocked with all items you’ll need, they were serious!! We only needed our clothes and food! The unit was beautifully decorated.The only downfall doesn’t have anything to do with the unit itself, but parking big trucks was difficult! We had trouble parking our Tundra and Silverado. They are hopefully opening a 3rd level soon, and then it won’t be a problem! Definitely check out this unit and beautiful beach!!

Can’t wait to come back

Our family was very impressed with every aspect of our accommodations. Everything was high quality and very clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. Craig was very quick to respond and I enjoyed our conversation. We will definitely be back!

Perfect beach getaway!

Condo is beautiful with stunning views. They had everything to offer for a perfect beach getaway with the beach towels, chairs, and toys. Everything you need to enjoy your time there, they have. We did one day at Disney and easy drive there and back in a day.

Perfect getaway

This was a wonderful spot at our favorite beach. The place had everything you needed and the host could not be more accommodating. Highly recommend!

Well worth it

Our Condo was immaculate when we arrived.Craig had it stocked with everything needed. All we had to provide the food .It is a beautiful area and we are planning on returning

From the moment we booked, Craig went above and beyond to make sure our experience was seamless and enjoyable. His communication was exceptional—he answered all of our questions promptly and thoughtfully, making us feel welcomed and well-prepared. Craig even went out of his way to let us know about an upcoming rocket launch during our stay, which made the trip even more special!The condo itself is a true gem. It is beautifully maintained and stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking, relaxing, and day-to-day living. As a family, we really appreciated having access to such a wide variety of items—it made traveling with kids so much easier. The space is much larger and warmer than it looks in the photos; the listing truly doesn’t do it justice. It’s perfect for families like ours, but we could also see it being ideal for a romantic weekend getaway or a fun trip with friends.The views are absolutely stunning. Every morning, we enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean from the spacious pool deck, and catching a rocket launch was an unforgettable bonus! Being so close to both the beach and the pool was incredibly convenient, allowing us to maximize our time relaxing and having fun.The location couldn’t be better. Exceptional stay with thoughtful hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at this property in New Smyrna Beach! The owner was incredibly accommodating and attentive to all of our needs, ensuring that everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The unit itself was spotless, well stocked with all the essential items, and truly felt like home. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy worry free getaway! We really appreciated all the little touches that made our stay even more special. Nice location

We love New Smyrna Beach. This unit has a great view from the balcony of the water, sky, and pool. Well stocked. There were a few minor issues that were not resolved during our stay (clogged sink, broken fan..). The beach in front of the condo was not very crowded, so we enjoyed it a lot.

Best experience in our 8 stays at NSB

Moontide is a comfortable property with a beautiful beachfront. Owners take great pride in thier unit and it shows. Excellent communication. They provide all the supplies and beach items you need for a great stay. Definitely a cut above.

Everything we needed!

The moment we walked in the door and turned the corner to the beautiful ocean view, our hearts were so full. It's a beautiful condo that has everything you'll need right there. We wanted for nothing ~ had a wonderful time together and look forward to coming back.

Great location! Unit had a great view & was immaculate!

The unit beneath was apparently under renovation & from 8am til 4pm VERY noisey!!!! We did have difficulty "navigating" about the property & getting in & out of the garage a bit cumbersome!

Harvest Moon at Moon Tide

Our stay at the Moontide condo was exceptionally comfortable and the view was really thrilling. The layout in the condo allowed for privacy and we appreciated that. Not only did we have a magnificent view of the sandy beach but we were fortunate enough to be there the first night of the harvest moon and it was an experience I won’t ever forget. And Florida being what it is we also had a couple of nights of magnificent views of the sky during a lightning storm. That too was magnificent. I cannot wait to return.

Relaxing Getaway !

Had a wonderful and relaxing time at this AMAZING condo in NSB ! The views are so pretty and I liked being high enough to see a large area of the beach . Craig was so wonderful answering all of my questions or concerns that I had . His response was very quick. You can tell that he really wants his guests to enjoy their stay. The condo is in a great location and it was very clean . You won’t regret staying here and I hope to come back in the future. Everyone was very happy with the condo !

New Smyrna Beach is our special family get away and only 50 minutes from our primary residence in Longwood Fl. We love spending time with friends and family in NSB. When not in use by our family, we take pride in sharing our space with others. We work diligently to insure all of our guests have an exceptional experience.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

What we love best of our location is that we are located on the no-drive part of the beach. Yet, we are a short walking distance to some great shops and restaurants. We enjoy the longer beach walk to Flager avenue for breakfast and feel a little less guilty with the opportunity to walk off the calories on the walk back.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Our place is well stocked for our personal use (cooking, paper goods, laundry supplies, beach life, etc.). Guests routinely comment they have never stayed at a place so well stocked. I always suggest checking out our place before going shopping or message me before wasting space packing something we already supply. We pride ourselves in keeping our special place super clean. My wife, JoAnn, is into decorating and has added some personal touches to complement the beach atmosphere.
