On the edge of a lagoon opening onto the ocean, with its calm and more temperate waters, the lagoon is ideal for children and water sports enthusiasts (Kite surfing, sailing).
Located 2 km from the beach (approx. 20 min walk) this renovated house is ideally located in the heart of the village.

This beautiful single-storey building of 115m2 consists of a living room of 30m2 served by a large entrance leading to a large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee, etc.).
3 bedrooms, from 12 to 20 m2, can sleep 6 people with 3 double beds
(7 people can be accommodated with an additional extra bed).
Two bathrooms (shower, bath, 2 toilets), one of which is adjoining a bedroom, give comfort and
autonomy to guests.
A terrace of about 70 m2 at the back of the house has an outdoor table and armchairs, sunbeds, parasol and drying room, to fully enjoy the sun and the sweetness of seaside life.
