If you are looking for a quaint, comfortable two bedroom two bathroom condo that has two ensuites for privacy, this is the place for you! As of Dec 2025, everything in the condo is new (furniture, linens, etc).
Walk down the stairs, across the lot and you are in the pool area that is open 24 hours.

Beautiful entryway and a secure gated entry with a large fountain. Located right on Cave Creek Road so a perfect location for getting around the north Phoenix area.

The condo is nice and cozy with a decorative fireplace, open floor-plan from the living room to the kitchen and dining area so everyone can congregate and get together while preparing meals. There are sliding glass doors in the living room leading out to a nice size balcony overlooking one of the pools directly across from the balcony and a nice Mountain View. The property offers three salt water pools that also have a nice covered seating area along with barbecue grills and high top seating with a nice stone counter so you can enjoy a nice meal poolside. There are also tennis courts/pickle ball and basketball courts belonging to the property. The unit also has a washer and dryer so you can do laundry if needed. After a long exhausting day of relaxing by the pool you and your guests can retire to one of the ensuite bedrooms and bathrooms on separate sides of the condo for privacy. Small pets are allowed, 25lbs and less for an additional pet fee.

There is one assigned parking spot for the unit and there is a good amount of guest spots throughout the property and close to the unit itself. This condo is located on the second floor so it offers nice views from the living room.

This area offers a lot of outdoor activities such as hiking and mountain biking. There are a good amount of restaurants and shopping in the area also.

Easy access to the 51 freeway, about 10 min or 5 miles and I-17 freeway about 25 minutes or 13miles, which can put you anywhere in the Phoenix area including Sedona, Flagstaff, downtown Phoenix etc. Plenty of golfing, about 20 minutes or 12 miles for the PGA TPC golf course also in the area along with North Mountain Park which offers quite a few outdoor activities.
