Sheets and household linen not provided.   Living room with dining area. Electric heater. Flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi included. Open-plan kitchen with large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate WC. Outside : garden furniture (1 table, 6 chairs and 2 deckchairs) on 15m2 semi-covered wooden terrace. 

A deposit of 350 euros will be required on arrival (by cheque or bank transfer). This will not be cashed and will be used as a deposit for the accommodation and cleaning.

We accept pets under these conditions : a dog weighing up to 20 kg, not in category 1 or 2, costs €7/day.
