Your home away from home features an open floor plan allows for a natural flow between the great room, central kitchen with an oversize island, and dining room. Kick back and relax on plush furnishings- this home truly invites you in and allows for meaningful moments between loved ones and comfortably sleeps 8 people. Updated in September 2023 with all new mattresses and bedding!

The great room comfortably seats eight around the stone fireplace and large HD TV. Sit back and watch a family favorite movie or enjoy some friendly competition with a board or card game. The fully appointed kitchen is complete with gourmet appliances including a gas range and is very well stocked for any of your cooking needs. The wood dining table seats ten and there is seating for five at the oversized island bar.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms:
• The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks, a dual walk-in shower, a luxurious soaking tub, and private access to the patio.
• The second bedroom is upstairs with two twin-over-full bunk beds. It shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom and loft.
• The third bedroom is across from the loft with a queen-size bed and a shared bathroom.
• The half bathroom is on the first floor.

You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 2-3 cars in the garage and driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in overflow parking at the Inn at Suncadia. **

Minimum age to rent is 28. Please no bachelor, bachelorette, prom, graduation, or similar parties. The number of guests you book for is the maximum number of guests that can be on the property day or night. Please no additional day time guests or events on the property.
