This gorgeous, spacious waterfront home has something for everyone. With over 6,000 sq ft, there are 7 bedrooms with beds for 20 people- 2 kings, 6 queens, 1 Full and twin bunk beds.

• Master BR has luxurious tiled walk-in shower with multiple body jets
• Modern kitchen with 48” stainless steel gas cooktop
• Seating for 18 in the kitchen/dining area

• Bar with TVs and pool table, ping pong and foosball
Outdoor features:
• One mile from Cotton port boat ramp
• Ample parking- room for at least 5 truck and trailer boat rigs
• Year-round deep water
• Large private covered dock with electrical outlets, bar with sink and room for 3-5 boats to tie up
• Pontoon boat available for rent during summer months for $200 per day

The house was nice and big to accommodate our family gathering. Even though it’s winter we had a warm enough day to use the kayaks and fish on the dock. The fire pit was on a slight angle and didn’t have any chairs by it so we didn’t get a chance to use it (I’d change the layout of it). The hot tub was nice. The house has so many activities for kids which was a plus. Plus, it has 3 refrigerators so it held all our food and drinks without needing coolers. So many balconies in this house, such beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again!

The property manager, Misty was amazing at communication from the very start from when we booked the property and through our whole stay. We had an unfortunate incident during our stay and she responded right away and had somebody out to the house within a couple hours to fix the issue. The house is great for large extended families, there is a place for everyone. We had a great time using the pool table. The black stone grill on the patio is awesome to cook on for large groups of people, made cooking breakfast a breeze! The view is amazing and their partner, Zack at the marina was so nice and easy to rent the pontoon from which we did while we were there. There does need to be some deep cleaning done, especially with the vaulted ceilings, someone with a very tall ladder needs to come in and clean up high and replace a few light bulbs. Overall, it is a great house to stay in for a large group of people. They had lots of kitchen items/appliances and dishes to use which sometimes isn't the case when you stay in a VRBO. I would recommend staying here on the river.

Family Vacation

We stayed a week at this house. Overall, we had a wonderful week and enjoyed the home. When we arrived for check in at 4, the cleaners were still there working, and I don't think they had gotten everything finished. The linens were all clean and the beds and bathrooms were clean but the floors and surfaces could have used a little more work. The house was beautiful and just as pictured. There was ample space for everyone and the views are breathtaking. I do wish there would have been more of a warning about the long walk down to the water. There were over 70 steps to get up and down when heading to the water and there is no chair lift. It was hard for my in-laws to get up and down them and it kept them from going to the water as often as they would have liked. It would be an awesome place to put a lift in so more people could enjoy the lake. The house was well stocked. The outdoor grill required a lot of cleaning to use but once we got it clean we definitely enjoyed using it. Overall it's a great place to stay with a large group.

“I felt that the house could be better stocked to accommodate the number of guests it holds, especially for longer stays. It would be great to have extra towels available, as reusing the same one isn’t ideal. Also, the TV in the master bedroom felt quite small—since the master suite is a key part of the experience, a larger screen would enhance the stay. Additionally, providing essentials like laundry detergent would be really helpful, as many guests choose to rent a home for the convenience of doing laundry during their stay.”

The Perfect Spot

This is the third time our group has been to this house and we loved it just as much as the first time! It sleeps a ton of people comfortably and plenty of space to relax. Misty the property manager is so communicative and helped out so much! This is a wonderful spot with beautiful views!

Nice house for a large group

The house was able to accommodate 12 people comfortably, with extra beds to spare. The kitchen was huge, which was convenient for us. We had other family members renting the house next door, and had all of them over one night to cook for my grandma's 90th birthday. The only complaint is that its a minimum 20-30 minute drive to get to anything. Amd if you need to leave, do it during the day. Those roads are not fun to drive on in the dark (especially if its raining). Overall a nice stay and the house itself was great!

Great Property

Very Very nice house. Plenty of room and the location was perfect. The communication with the Property Manager was excellent. She responded right away and we fixed the only issue we had. Wonderful and would def stay again!!!

Would stay again!

The only complaint we had was with the mattresses. Everyone said they were extremely hard. Aside from that, everything else was perfect. We would stay again and will recommend to friends.

Graduation party

First and foremost, there is really nothing negative about our stay. We had family arrive from different areas of US. The house was perfect size to accommodate 20+ people and very comfortable. It had everything you needed. The view was beautiful and having a dock and kayak was a bonus. Working with the host was very easy and great communication. We had no issues during our stay. The home was beautiful and well maintained for a rental. Location was perfect and very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend staying here if you have a large family. This is probably the best rental we have stayed at. We will definitely rent again.

FAM BAM 2024

We plan an annual trip with our five adult children, their spouses and three grandchildren annually. As there are several avid fishermen in our family, we were looking for somewhere centrally located for all to travel to on a lake this year. This house was a perfect setting for all. The fishing was spectacular whether it was on the dock or the Pontoon we rented from Zack (This is a must have, and Zack was amazing to us!) We had no issues with the house, and any questions we had were promptly answered. The Lake was easily navigated, and the fish were easy to find. The house itself was beautiful, the views are breathtaking, and the kitchen and outdoor griddle were a common gathering place as we have three chefs in the family that enjoy showing off their culinary skills. The kitchen was well appointed, and we had everything we could ever need at our disposal. The open spaces were perfect for little ones to run around and play. The ping pong, foosball and pool table were never idle. The available games and puzzles were also well used. The way the house is spread out with bedroom and bathrooms was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the massive front yard for croquet, bocce ball and nerf axe throwing. This house is a must for family gatherings! The only drawback was the steps to the dock. Thigh burn was a common theme, but well worth the climb when the boating and fishing were so rewarding! I think we all burned off ample calories! Thank you, Misty, and Zack!

Great House but needs some TLC

Big family re-union and the bedrooms easily accommodated 13 adults, 3 bathrooms are a challenge in the mornings. The house is architecturally beautiful but needs a some TLC.

This house is gorgeous inside and out and located on the perfect spot on the lake- the main channel with year-round deep water. We love spending the days out on the water or sunbathing on the dock, followed by evenings grilling out on the deck while enjoying the breath-taking sunsets.
We love this house and we know you will too!

This house is incredibly spacious with stunning architecture. Even on rainy days, everyone will find something to do- play in the game room, watch TV in the bar area, enjoy the river view from the covered hot tub, read a book on one of the multiple covered decks, or play board games.
On sunny days you can spend all day fishing or sunbathing on the dock. Rent the pontoon boat and take a cruise up and down the river, enjoying the gorgeous views. After dinner you can gather around the fire pit and roast marshmallows and tell stories.
