Comfortable living near the water, beach and S-Bahn

The apartment offers all the prerequisites for a pleasant and relaxing holiday in Berlin for all ages.
The interior is complete, modern and sought after. Nothing is missing. Therefore, a longer stay is quite possible and very pleasant. Skiing, tobogganing and hiking are tempting in winter, and Müggelsee invites you to swim in summer. Shopping and going out is recommended in Bölschestrasse around the corner. The traffic connection to the city center is very good. The tram is only a 5 minute walk away and takes you in all directions. In three stops or about a 15-minute walk you are at the S-Bh Friedrichshagen. It takes about 30 minutes from here to the main train station and around 15 minutes to the S-Bh Ostkreuz.
In the nearby boulevard of Friedrichhagen, Bölschestrasse, there is a large selection of dining options and good transport connections by car, bus, S-Bahn and tram.
Our 5-star apartment is 70 square meters; 1-6 people can stay here. The equipment is comfortable and in a prime location not far from Lake Müggelsee. The friendly and appealing furnishings make a longer stay a pleasant experience. The apartment has central heating WiFi, flat screen TV, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people (180x200 cm), which is embedded in a larger living area, so that even a baby or toddler can find space here could.
The floor of the apartment is made of vinyl, the bathroom is tiled. The kitchen is a complete fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric stove with ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster in a set, extractor hood, window and is fully equipped with everyday utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower attachment, wall-hung toilet, mirror, small cupboards, hairdryer. The two bedrooms each have a wardrobe, 2 single beds (90x200 cm) that can be combined to form a double bed, 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps, blackout windows, Berlin pictures.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, but is possible from the bathroom through the door to the courtyard.
Thanks to the most water-rich corner of Berlin, there is a lot of nature and interesting excursion destinations here.

The parking lot is right by the house and is free. There are 3 € energy costs per person. The city tax (city tax, 5% of the overnight price) does not apply to business travelers.
Pets are welcome; they cost € 10 per animal per day.

House rules:

1. Please change your street shoes and wear slippers in the apartment.

Please take off your outdoor shoes and put them into the shoe mat. (It'll probably be a rubber mat which keeps water from going on the floor.)

3rd Please ventilate the apartment briefly every morning.
Please air out the apartment every morning.

4th Also open the windows in the bathroom and on the toilet after use.
Open the window in the bathroom after using the shower and the toilet.

5. Use the towels several times. If you need more than 2 towels, you pay € 2 per additional towel.
Please re-use your towels. Be kind to the environment.
If you need to use more than 2 towels per person during your stay there will be an additional cost of 2 € per towel.
