Stop looking and book this place. It was perfect for me, my wife, and our two children. We stayed four nights in October. Beach access is incredible and the beach is not crowded at all. Way better than Destin and Panama City. Communication with Jan was great and easy also. We will definitely be reaching out to stay here again next year.

Perfect location! View from the balcony is the best! We had coffee there each morning. There is a coffee truck (looks like a train caboose) across the street which had an incredible honey-lavender iced latte.

Beach 2025

This is our 3rd year at the property. We've enjoyed our stays here every year. The property is always clean and ready for us, with everything needed to stay for the week. Except groceries and our personal items of course. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay at a quiet, peaceful place, away from the crowds down by the pier area. We love staying here and will more than likely return again soon.

Ideal location and Condo

The property is an ideal location and beachfront view for any vacation. The condo was clean, communication was prompt, even over Memorial Day weekend. The balcony provided crystal clearwater views for breakfast, lunch & dinner and was perfect driving distance ( less than 1 mile) for the nights out. Highly recommend.

Peaceful and Relaxing

Loved the balcony for just chilling and watching the ocean Beautiful view! Pool was great and just a short walk to the beach. Would recommend if you are looking to get way and relax. Jan was great at responding too. Very nice to work with

We love Navarre

We have stayed in Navarre for several years. Our first time in this unit, it is our new favorite. We travel with a large group each year and have multiple condos, Jan is always so helpful with our group and we greatly appreciate it.

Great condo

We stayed at this condo on the 4th floor around mid-April. The condo was very clean, bright and nicely decorated. Kitchen is very well stocked and equipped. Everything was in good working order. We would have preferred a king size bed in the master but that's not a big deal. Overall, this is definitely a 5/5 stars place.

We have stayed at Navarra for 35 years. Our stay this time was great. The condo had everything you would need. Only complaint is the master bed room needs a larger bed. Looking forward to booking again and Jan has been the best person to work with. Will deal with her again.

Beautiful

This is our second time at the complex and first time in this unit. The condo was clean and Jan was so kind and easy to work with. The walk to the beach is short, the view from the balcony is perfect. The complex itself is older and the pool is small. But we don't come to the beach to stay at the pool so for us it's perfect. The complex has no other highrises on either side so even on popular weekends you have more privacy and less crowds. We'll definitely be back!

Everything was great except beds if I’m paying what I paid for a weeks I feel like the beds should be comfortable and not move everything you turn over not restful…. The air conditioning shouldn’t be locked on a certain temp specially in August when temperature are in triple digits…. It’s to hot to sleep… but other than that location and view were great!

Independence week

We stayed at this property in 2023 the week before 4th of July. We liked it so well we booked again for 4th of July week 2024. The unit has 2 br 2 ba, a nice kitchen with most everything needed to prepare any meal. I did bring some of my own cooking equipment by choice. The place is very clean, clean linens, clean beds, clean furniture etc. We love the location, about a mile west of the pier away from all the crowds. We're in our 60's so we're all about peace & relaxation. The beach is clean and there are rental umbrellas & chairs through a beach service on site. We love this place and we'll more than likely book this again next season. I give it 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vacation 2023

The unit is clean and has everything we needed for our week's stay other than our personal items. The kitchen is fully equipped with most anything to prepare food with. The tv was a bit challenging at first but I got it figured out. The living room has a firestick and bedroom is on local cable. The view from the balcony is the best of anywhere we've ever stayed on the gulf. We enjoyed the beach every day, the pool area is nice but we never used it. Grocery stores are close by across the bridge on the main hwy. Good eats close by and activities for kids. However, go early (4 pm) to eat dinner or you'll be waiting awhile anywhere you go. Overall I give it 5 stars. We love the area and will more than likely return next year. Navarre Beach has changed from when I used to visit some 20+ yrs ago but it's still the place I loved back then.

Beautiful location!

The condo was spotless and all communications with Jan were quick and efficient. I had requested that the refrigerator be turned on before our arrival and it was! Also, the freezer had several trays of ice which we appreciated. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plenty of silverware, plates, bowls, etc., and various kitchen utensils. Sunrise and sunset views from the balcony were stunning! The few negatives were the TVs were not "smart" so unable to use Netflix, etc. Also, the unit is not "updated" in many respects - kitchen counters, etc. Not an issue for us at all - all appliances worked fine. I know it's standard in many VRBO rentals, but it sure would be nice to have little things like coffee filters, more than a few inches of watered down dish washing liquid, etc. The building is quiet (even over Thanksgiving Weekend) - could not hear any neighbors above or next door. Overall a great stay! Joe Patti's Seafood Market in Pensacola is a MUST DO experience for the best and freshest seafood at excellent prices!

Family Vacation

We have stayed in this property before with family members. The flap cover on the main wash compartment in the dishwasher was missing. But overall the condo was clean. Great view of the ocean from our 4th floor balcony. We had a full moon a couple of nights, and shining on the ocean is absolutely beautiful! Would stay again!

Property was great, my biggest feedback would be for a personal touch. For the overall expense , to not provide the small things ( sugar , coffee cream, laundry detergent , etc.) was off setting , the cleaning expense was high and I had to take my own trash out . Small stuff , but that’s the difference in other places I’ve stayed at in the past .
